This condo offers a beautiful view of Little Lagoon, along with an outdoor pool, pier and boat launch, BBQ area, covered picnic area, as well as a beach area on the Lagoon-great for children! This building is located approximately three blocks to the Gulf.

Things to Know
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
Please note that there is ongoing construction at Compass Point which impacts all units on site. Construction workers will be present during standard working hours, they may need access into units at times when necessary, and construction-related noise is to be expected. Construction equipment will also be present, which can block the parking area, views from your unit's window or balcony, or block the balcony access completely. Parking may be limited. The construction work will also block some access points, which will be rerouted as needed. Temporary walkways and railings are safe to use as instructed, and we ask that you do not enter restricted areas. Amenities may be closed as needed for construction, including the pools, grilling area, and Lagoon access.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love Compass Point! We will stay here again - so well run and quiet. We were disappointed the indoor pool was out of commission, but other than that, it was a wonderful visit!

The location of this condo was great. It was quiet and family-friendly while still close to dining and attractions. The room needs a lot of updating and the floors were very dirty. The amenities at the condo were very nice and very upkept.

Great find!

The views are breathtaking! The beach access is an easy and quick walk away. The room was clean and had everything you would need provided. We had absolutely no problems. Everything was as described in the listing. It's an adorable little neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable Stay

The unit had wonderful views of the bay from the balcony. Balcony also had a lot of space. Room space of both bedrooms was goodand didn't feel cramped. Having the Keureg coffee maker in addition to the traditional coffee maker was nice. Kitchen was well furnished with all the things we needed to cook and have meals. Overall it was very enjoyable trip and I look forward to booking this unit again on future trips.

This condo has exquisite views and is all around perfect! If you use the pull out sofa be prepared for it to not be as comfy as the beds themselves. The pillows are amaaaaziiiiing, I wanted to bring them all home with me! Our stay was at the beginning of spring break but was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Beach access is very short walk or if you prefer can drive to the paid parking ($15) so you’re a bit closer. We will be back, already planning for this summer!

The area around the condo was very nice and very quiet. It was easy to enjoy. The condo was in average condition. It definitely needs some updating and bar stools added to the counter to accomodate six people. As we walked across the floor, the soles of our feet turned black. The cleanliness of the floors were very poor.

Condo was nice. Could use furniture updates. But overall was a great stay and plenty of room with a beautiful view of the bay. Nice large balcony. You cannot park extra vehicles at the address provided anymore. Someone else owns the building now and will not let you park there.
