Directly Gulf Front and located in beautiful Gulf Shores, you will enjoy not only the amazing Gulf views from your balcony but also the indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, sauna and BBQ area this complex offers. This unit does allow pets, so ask about details to bringing your 4-legged family members!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved being right on the beach, but other than that, issues from the start. Elevator not working (we were on 5th floor), poor local customer service, wear and tear on unit. Small fixes that could be taken care of easily.

Rent a hotel
Fridge didn't work. Couldn't get anyone to come look at it. Dryer didn't work. No one helped. WiFi's terrible and bring your own pots to cook with. Theirs are awful . Supposed to be vacation instead we spent a lot of time hang during our clothes and making ice runs because we had all of our food in and ice chest. Threw a lot of it away. So overpriced.

Great location, mediocre property, wouldn't stay again
First the good: perfect location, right on the beach, nice balcony overlooking the Gulf. Comfortable bedding. Now, the bad: the listing photos were taken a long time ago, and the place desperately needs maintenance. Vertical blinds were missing pieces and others fell off when opening/closing, lots of chipped veneer on counters, peeling paint/dark spots in the shower, cabinet door above the refrigerator fell off when I opened it, ceiling fans/lights in the living room and one bedroom flickered like strobe lights. Turned on the right front burner of the stove to grill a sandwich and the burner started smoking.The common areas are open to the outside & there's nothing to prevent anyone from walking in and taking the elevator up to any floor. Wifi was so weak no streaming services worked on the televisions. The listing photos clearly show a jetted tub/jaccuzi in one of the bathrooms, but it doesn't work. When I called the host I was connected to an offshore call center and spent about 20-30 minutes on hold and being read to from a script. For a family stay with a child it was adequate, but nothing special. Would not stay there again.

Very good place to stay. Two pools, one indoors, very nice. The view was great and everything on the property was as expected based off of the pictures. Small complaints about the washer and dryer but other than that, very solid. The property itself is very nice, the only small complaints I had would be about the parking setup is odd, especially the covered area when you are trying to use the carts for unpacking or bringing beach supplies to the beach. Also there is only one elevator which wasn’t a huge issue while we were there.

This is a spacious rental with good amenities including both an indoor and outdoor pool and convenient direct beach access. In arrival to the unit there was no available parking and we had to park across the street (though the parking passes provided meant we at least didn’t have to pay for the overflow parking). When we arrived to the unit our door code did not work and we had to call customer service to have it reset. The WiFi is so bad the television barely works. We normally wouldn’t even use it, but it was so windy we couldn’t go to the beach for one of our days. There are also basically no blankets in the unit and the bedspreads were incredibly thin. All of those things were inconvenient and frustrating, but the worst part was that it was dirty. There is mold on the ceiling and on the shower curtain. There was a Dr. pepper can with some sort of (not Dr. Pepper) liquid in it left on the balcony. The sheets, pillows, etc did seem to be clean at least. We will not be back.

Great family vacation for family and pets!
My fiancé and I just took our 9-month-old and poodle to the beach for our first family beach vacation and could not be more content with our stay here. The entire place was only about 9 stories high with only 4 or 5 rooms on each floor all facing the beach. Our room was nice and tidy, two full bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub, and a great balcony view. Everything went as smooth as it could have. Would certainly stay again and/or recommend to our friends, family, or strangers. Thank you! Ps. WiFi was shotty, but its vacation so, no worry.

Location! Pet Friendly!
Older complex but views and location were incredible. I appreciated I was allowed to bring my 17 year old fur baby with me. Beds were great but bathrooms could use handicap toilets and definitely a new coffee maker. If you make coffee, it takes the round kind. Would stay there again!

The weather did not co-operate however we ate at some amazing seafood restaurants. Had trouble with key code but got immediate help from staff.

Had early check in. Unit not ready! Code would not work, locked out. Someone in Kenya said she would “look into it”. Four more codes…none worked! Found office. Met maintenance at unit. Multiple tries. Finally in at 4:30. Some EARLY check in. TV not working. Maintenance again. One lost day. Not a happy person.
