Considered a 'couple friendly' condo there are four large beds with no twin beds, namely a king-size bed, queen bed and two doubles in this lovely three-bedroom, two-bath property.
THINGS TO KNOW

The indoor pool resurfacing and outdoor wading pool (kiddy pool) resurfacing will begin Monday, April 21, 2025 (weather permitting). This will take about a week to complete, and the areas will be closed during that time period. The outdoor pool will remain open for use and enjoyment by owners/guests. The indoor pool areas will be completely closed due to dust and debris while the work is ongoing, this includes the fitness room and hot tub.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
