Welcome to Royal Hawaiian 110, a condo on a mid-ocean block in North Ocean City with incredible sunrise and sunset views from the balcony.

Step inside to find a bright, air-conditioned space with two bedrooms and everything you might need to make your vacation memorable. There are three large TVs, three DVD players, a library of movies, and three Rokus offering access to Showtime, HBO NOW, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (most viewing choices via Roku are free). You'll also find a small library of books for beach reading, a private washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Whether you prefer a busy trip or a lazy vacation, this condo has been designed for you.

Here at the Royal Hawaiian, you'll enjoy amenities that include an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool, with the ocean beach just down the block. Coastal Highway - home to restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and attractions - is less than a block in the other direction, with tax-free shopping and the Fenwick Island Lighthouse across the Delaware state line a few blocks north.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There will be a fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the building (there is a fee for using this service).
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
