The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and Lamotte-Beuvron.
Hike or bike, visit the châteaux, or discover the various golf courses; you'll be centrally located.
This 7-person cottage has been completely restored and combines tradition and modernity. It is independent but located on a property. GROUND FLOOR (56m²) - south and west exposure: Entrance hall, separate toilet, fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, etc.) and dining table for 10. Living room with large piece of furniture, sofas, flat-screen TV, and designer wood-burning stove. This bright room features a large French window opening south onto the garden and terrace.
