It consists on the ground floor: a dining room with open equipped kitchen and a lounge area, a separate bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, dryer) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: Bedroom No. 1 with 1 bed 140x190, Bedroom No. 2 with 2 beds 90x200 + sofa bed, Bedroom No. 3 with 1 bed 90x190. A separate bathroom (bath, sink), separate toilet.
