An open floor plan combines the kitchen and living area and includes modern appliances, a table and chairs, and barstools at the counter. The first level also offers a large mudroom, a powder room, and a laundry area with space for towels and bathing suits. The home includes a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The home provides beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, and a beach cart.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
