Great decor

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the decor. Great location with lots of restaurants and train station (with manned ticket office) close by.

Estancia en Berlín

La anfitriona muy buena. En general bien, muy limpio. Como negativo bombillas de muy poca potencia y cuarto de baño deficiente, con una escalera muy empinada y techo bajo. La calefacción muy buena.

Super Lage, Berliner Flair

So stellt man sich wohnen in Berlin vor. Hohe Wände, Stuck an der Decke.... Das Bad sehr stilvoll..große Menschen müssen beim Duschen allerdings etwas kreativ werden.... Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Wohnung buchen.

Charlottenburg 2 bedroom

We brought our 16-year old niece to Berlin to show her the city and look at colleges and this apartment met our needs for space very well with the 2 bedrooms. It was also decorated nicely with furniture in an antique style that was prettier than it was comfortable. There was a heat wave during our stay but the apartment ventilated well with the windows and use of fans. I recommend earplugs to help with road and business noise when the windows are open. I do not recommend this apartment for anyone with severe knee or mobility problems as the stairs up to the bathroom are extremely steep and awkward, and also the step into the bath tub, but for anyone else, it's fine. It was very convenient to have our own laundry room, especially since the extreme heat during our stay meant we had to wash clothes more often. The wi-fi didn't really work on our American phones, even when we used German sim cards. Overall, I enjoyed the apartment. I liked the high ceilings and old world charm. It was just a short walk to the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station so getting around was very easy. If I need a two bedroom apartment in the future, I would consider staying there again.

Hervorragend mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Gut gelegene geräumige, voll und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Alt-Berliner Charme. Die Vermieterinnen sind enorm nett und hilfsbereit! Die Parksituation ist in Ordnung, allerdings muss man schon in der Regel an die zehn Minuten in dem Straßenabschnitt vor der Tür warten, bis jemand anders wegfährt und man einen Parkplatz übernehmen kann. EINE KLEINE WARNUNG: Die Treppe zum Badezimmer/Klo ist derartig steil, dass sie eher an eine Leiter erinnert und das Geländer geht nicht weit genug hinauf. An sich ist das kein Problem, aber mit kleinen Kindern o.ä. kann das eine Schwierigkeit darstellen.

Gemütliche Altbauwohnung

Eine wirklich sehr gemütliche und zentral gelegene Altbauwohnung. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem W-Lan und es gab keinen Receiver um auch mal Fernsehn zu schauen, was letztendlich den Besuch in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt hat. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr charmante Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, nur für die Treppe zum Bad braucht man gute Körperkontrolle. Leider waren bei der Anreise die Mülleimer nicht geleert, sonst war alles top vorbereitet. Die Betreuung war sehr persönlich und angenehm. Die Gegend ist heimelig mit guter Gastronomie für alle Lebenslagen.

Liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung im Herzen Berlins

Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der S-Bahn-Haltestelle „Charlottenburg“. Dadurch ist sie gut angebunden in Richtung Potsdam und Berlin HBF. Die Fewo idt liebevoll eingerichtet und ist genau das richtige für Individualisten. Wir waren zu zweit als Einzelreisende hier und es war optimal. Es hätten jedoch insgesamt 5 Personen übernachten können. Der Charme des großen Schlafzimmers hat mich begeistert. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kleiner und schlichter eingerichtet, hat aber einen ganz eigenen Flair. Das Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon ist gemütlich und versprüht viel Atmoshäre. Die Küche ist klein und für zwei Personen genau richtig. Alles Wichtige befindet sich auf kleinem Raum. Das schön gestaltete Bad befindet sich auf halber Streppe in der Wohnung. Alles in allem gefiel es uns sehr gut hier und wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Auf der Straße sind nette kleinere Restaurants und Kneipen - auch mit Außenrestauration.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Charlottenburg

Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, es liegt auf einer Zwischenebene mit einer steilen Treppe. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Charlottenburg mit direktem S-Bahn Anschluß in die Stadt. Frühstück Cafe's befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Auch ein Lidl und ein russischer Supermarkt sind nicht weit weg.

Schöne Wohnung zentral gelegen

Wir hatten einen kleinen Familienausflug (Ehepaar mit 2 Kinder) nach Berlin gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell mit S-Bahn erreichbar. Auch bei der Anreise mit Auto gab es kein Problem. Man musste nicht viel durch die Stadt fahren. Um Parkplatz zu suchen, musste man paar Runden drehen. Aber das war kein großes Problem. Die Wohnung ist groß, alles von der Ausstattung bis auf Kleinkinderstuhl ist da. Möbel ist so gewählt, dass die Wohnung traditionell aussieht. Das passt auch zum Altbau. Die Wohnung war warm (Anfang Dezember). Das ist auch Vorteil von dicken Wänder des Altbaus. Was noch? Die Kontaktpersonen waren nett und freundlich. Trotz unserer späten Anreise hat die Schlusselübergabe gut funktioniert.

Tolle Wohnung in prima Lage für uns. Typisch Berlin-Danke!

Hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in kurzer Entfernung. Alleine Parkplatz unter der Woche etwas langwierig.

Rundown, bad condition

This place seriously needs an upgrade. While in a nice Berlin area, things need replacing like yesterday: beds, matrasses, toiletseat. And providing wintersheets for the beds during summer does not make sense. And the bathroom is built for very small people: a little staircase leads you upwards with a shower in a bathtub w/o showercurtain. What is the landlord thinking..

Urige Wohnung, toll gelegen

Schöne Altbauwohnung mit origineller Einrichtung. Toll das kleine Frühstückscafé unten im Haus. Einziges Manko: 50 Euro für Reinigung erscheint mir bei dem Zustand der Wohnung etwas hoch, denn dann sollte auch mal Staub gewischt werden. Da ich nicht so anspruchsvoll bin, konnte ich damit leben. Der Ablauf zur Schlüsselübergabe war super, sehr flexibel.

Für einen nicht allzu langen Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung. Das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da auf halber Treppe in der Wohnung gelegen, Deckenhöhe dort knapp 2 m.
