Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this vacation condo offers views of the ocean. Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and numerous activities. Take advantage of the nearby beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany Beach, and sample food from the many restaurants. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills on a grassy area outside of the building. This condo is on the eighth floor of an oceanfront complex and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, and kitchen areas, and an oceanfront balcony.

Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
