Exceptional Waterfront Home with 165 foot fishing pier
Welcome to the " Copano Bay Fin and Feather" located in picturesque Copano Bay. Same incredible house with new owner. My home offers some of the best fishing and bird watching on the Texas Gulf Coast. Combine this with the awesome sunsets and smell of the fresh salt air and you will never want to leave. This spacious home has three living quarters. There is an upstairs (third floor) "Captains Quarters" with private En Suite including a Tub, Shower and extra-large closet with its own balcony overlooking the bay. The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with its own En Suite, a large fully furnished kitchen and dining area, a great room and a game room with pool table. The downstairs living area is newly remodeled and has two bedrooms one with a bunk bed full and twin (Matey's Room) and one with two queen sized beds (Mermaid Room). The downstairs bath has been remodeled and expanded to include an extra-large Rain Shower). There is also a Cabana Room which has a large screen TV and two bar tables and chairs along with a cabana bar and buffet. The remainder of the downstairs includes a washroom and 2 car garage and workshop with ample parking outside. My home has a new fishing pier and a separate boat dock (both equipped with green lights). Catching the "Texas Grand Slam" a Flounder, a Speckled Trout and a Red Fish from the 165-foot pier with T-Head is not uncommon. There are a couple of rod holders to fish the channel for Reds while you drink some Texas Tea while listening to your favorite beach tunes. We have also recently added a stainless steel offset smoker/grill so you can enjoy outdoor cooking while enjoying the view or fishing. Yes, my house has Direct TV and I also have Wi-Fi---- however I suggest turning off the TV and Computer. Put away those cell phones and learn to relax and listen to the sounds of nature with each sunrise and sunset.

We had the best time fishing and enjoying the home. Super fun place and amazing location! Very spacious and had everything we needed! We will be back for sure!
Our annual siblings’ trip was once again great at this great house. The house has an excellent west view of Copano Bay. The men enjoyed fishing the entire time—the lighted pier helped in that regard. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. We all enjoyed our visit.
Roomy, great living room furniture (except glass end and coffee tables). All kinds of room for fishing. From age 5 to 70 all had fun fishing. We rent beach houses yearly and this was was the cleanest ever. Host was quick and clear on communication. We will beback.a
We stayed here for my birthday and the location and property was perfect. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need. View of the bay in the morning is nothing short of amazing.
The house has plenty of room, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Is excellent for fishing right off the back porch or down the pier. We enjoyed our stay very much. Neighbors were very nice too!
What an awesome trip! The house is gorgeous, master suite is huge! View of the ocean was so nice, big yard , awesome decks & pier. We caught a ton of trout , and flounder. Town was very close to go eat & shop. Will be staying there again! The host was a pleasure work with. Shannel Nicole
This is our second stay at this location. The house has plenty of room for our family. We enjoy the house being right on the water. We take kayaks and are able to get in the water without having to go find a place to launch our kayaks. This year we had an issue with the A/C late Tuesday evening, we called Chad and he was able to get someone to fix the A/C Wednesday morning before 10 AM.We hope to return next year.
Beautiful home on Copano Bay. The sunsets are amazing, and morning coffee is perfect on the patio looking out over the bay. Lots of room to spread out, and a big kitchen for game night. Oh also the fishing is awesome. We made lots of family memories
We returned with a group of 10 for a long weekend of fishing, games and shopping . We had stayed at several homes over the past 4 years and this place checks all the boxes for us. We stayed here last year and plan to look at no other places to go in the future.
This place worked out really well for our family of five. The weather didn't necessarily cooperate but we found things to keep us occupied.
Saw some great sunsets and quite a variety of birds/ducks/pelicans.
Donated a couple fishing poles, a gaff and last but not least, a can opener.
Excellent location. Grandkids really learned alot about fishing for trout under lights. Probably caught around 150 school trout during the period. Nice house with all the amenities needed. Will be back.
This was our 2nd time staying at Chad's house. Like last year, it was a great trip! The house is perfect for our needs with a separate ground floor living area with bedrooms and one bathroom. The 2nd floor is great for gathering, making meals and hanging out! Lots of room to spread out, an awesome pier for fishing with green lights and a separate cleaning station. We are lookimg forward to booking again for our 3rd annual company trip next summer!!
This property was perfect for my family and in-laws. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The pictures don't do the house justice for how spacious, clean and modern the home is. There was a very large yard for our small dog. Our favorite feature was the lighted dock. My family all caught lots of fish. The host was very responsive and helpful. I have already referred the home to my friends and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Roomy home with great water access!
This home is everything the pictures show. Lots of room for families to spread out, good bathrooms for all the bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, TV's that work properly, plenty of towels/linens, and friendly neighbors.
The outside area was fenced which was wonderful. We had easy access to the water from right off the back porch or from the two piers available. Our stay weather wise was full of strong winds and high heat, so the fishing was minimal but fun! There was also plenty of outside seating and a smoker for outside eating/visiting.
The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had before our stay and provided us with a great checklist. Thank you so much!
We stayed during our Spring Break and the house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us and our 2 dogs especially since it had a fence so we did not have to worry about the dogs wondering off. We had stayed here 5 years ago and the new owner Chad had did some great updates, especially the longer pier with lights to fish from. We caught lots of fish, black drum, reds and a few trout some of which were keepers. We even caught a 41 inch big ugly but we let that one go. One of the neighbors said that her husband had caught that fish before and named it Casper. We also caught many fish just sitting on the back porch when it was too windy to fish from the pier. The kitchen was stocked very well which was great when we cooked some of our meals there. The only issue we had was that the water was off one afternoon due to some road construction nearby and when we texted Chad he was quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.
It is tradition for my family to stay at the coast on Thanksgiving and this year was no different. It was my family of four that included a 3 and 6 year old. We stayed on the top floor in the heavenly King size bed. It had a luxurious large tub that the kids enjoyed as well as this mama! My brother and sister-in-law stayed in the apartment style suite at the bottom with their dog. It was perfect for them as they could easily take her out at night. My parents who are a bit older slept on the main floor so that they could gather in the living space and in the kitchen without having to go up and down the stairs.
The house was equipped with two washers and dryers which made for easy and quick laundry to be done…so convenient! Fishing right off the bank was great as the kids didn’t have to go far. Both kids caught their very first keepers which were drum. We also caught some reds and a sheephead.
The house had an amazing view, plenty of space with three sofas and enough essentials to last the week.
Our host was superior as he equipped the house with everything we needed. He gave us all the information to check in and check out and was super quick with a response when we had any questions.
This is by far our favorite house we’ve stayed at and we will hopefully be back many more times!
The house is nicely arranged and has many available options and added perks. The property is great for fishing and has gorgeous views! The owner is very attentive and accommodating. I just cannot say enough about how nice of a vacation and time with family was had! I would recommend anyone to stay here if given the chance. Well worth it!
Excellent clean property with plenty of space for 3-4 couples or family group. Everything worked. Well equipped. Great BBQ grill. Nice lights to fish under and can fish the canal just a few feet from the back porch.

I am a life long Texan and grew up and still live in Columbus, TX.
Why they chose this property
I have always enjoy hunting and fishing and dreamed of having a home on a bay somewhere along the Texas Coast. Following the suggestion of some good friends I decided to look in Rockport. This house was the first that my wife and I toured and all the others could not compete with the views and spaciousness this house offered. We look forward to spending as much time as we can here and hope you enjoy your stay here as well.
