Unwind in Port St. Joe with white sand in your toes, saltwater in your hair, and a stunning sunset every night. This beautiful home is nestled in the natural landscape 100 feet from the beach. Four kayaks and a paddleboard are available for your use. This home is located in the gated community of WindMark Beach, which gives you complimentary access to a private beachside swimming pool 900 feet down the street, a private fishing pier, miles of bike paths and boardwalks, and the quaint WindMark village center.

Enjoy the open floor plan, the large, screened porch for outdoor dining, and a private beach path. Rinse off from your beach trip in the private outdoor shower! This home is perfect for coming together after a long day at the beach, with a spacious full kitchen equipped with granite countertops and all the tools guests need to create delicious meals, including a Keurig K-Supreme Plus machine for morning coffee and a Weber Genesis 325 gas grill in the screened porch. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool no matter the weather outside.

Every room in this home is decorated in a unique theme, so you won't have any trouble settling in to relax. One guest bedroom has a private washer/dryer and a full bathroom. This sunny bedroom is the bunk room and features a TV. The primary suite features a bathroom with double sinks and a standalone tiled shower. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and new blackout, honeycomb shades which create a comfortable setting for sleeping in.

Please be advised that Windmark Beach is a developing community and may have lots nearby under construction.

Windmark Beach Stay

We have stayed at this property before and love it! We had beautiful views of the water from the back porch rocking chairs. The home is very comfortable with plenty of room including a wonderful screened porch. This property is conveniently located in a gated community not far from Port St. Joe. The property manager contacted us to make sure we arrived with no problems. The owners left a welcome packet which was greatly appreciated! We hope to come back again!

We had an amazing time in Port Saint Joe. This house was perfect and comfortable. I loved paddle boarding and kayaking in the bay. It was so nice to have them right there at the house. We actually saw dolphins swimming from the kitchen sink. Had the best time. Would return again and again!

Absolutely beautiful home. Large enough for everyone to be together but enough space for everyone to enjoy private time. Kitchen well appointed. Pictures don’t do it justice. Hopefully will be back next year.

What a fantastic place for a family to enjoy some R&R! So many amenities to choose from and proximity to amenities makes this a perfect vacation stay! We loved our stay here enjoying the small quiet beach, fishing pier, and the large grill for our fresh caught fish! The floor plan was perfect for our family!

Great home

We normally do a condo but decided to do something different this year. What a great house. Well furnished and comfortable. Even though it is next to other homes, it seemed very private. The kitchen had everything. The outside grill was a great feature as well. And we were very impressed with Port St. Joe. Fantastic community with some great restaurants.

We loved staying at this property! The views were stunning and access to the beach and pool was an easy walk. As beautiful as the inside of this property is we lived on the porches. Both have a gorgeous view with plenty of seating. The screened-in porch is perfect for meals with a view! The house had everything we needed and more. Can't wait to visit again.

Winter Break

Our stay was a welcome break from the cold winter where we live. This house was even better in person. We loved the layout and felt right at home. The bay views were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting in the porch rocking chairs to watch the sunsets. We did not cook during our stay but the kitchen had everything needed! We liked the house so much, we are planning to return!

Beautiful Beach area home

We had 7 of us staying here for a week and we were quite comfortable. Good seating for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. The screened porch is great as are the rockers on the other porch. Loved the pool and adjoining resort that was within walking or biking distance. The view of the water is limited by the other houses and beach is not very big and the water there isn’t great for kids.

The house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. House was in a very nice gated community. Our biggest complaint was there was zero beach we understand rocks were recently placed to help prevent beach erosion however it would have been nice to know this before our trip as it would've been a game changer. Instead of walking out to our own private beach like we thought, we had to load up the car and drive to another beach. We rented a beach house with no beach which was very disappointing and frustrating when you drive 10 plus hours and pay for a beach house.

Overall, the house was as advertised but was not able to access the beach due to construction/heavy equipment. We were not made aware of this prior or after booking. This was an issue as we booked a beach trip.

Great Family Vacation!

Great house and neighborhood! We especially enjoyed the pool. We drove to state park on Cape San Blas for beautiful, uncrowded beaches.

Sunsets and Stars

The property itself is second to none. Plenty of room for two families with a total of 7 people. Tons of options for food around town as well as all the appliances you’d need to cook in the home. The sunsets looking across the bay are spectacular and how clear the nights were made looking at stars unbelievable. Only small downfalls would be that the property manager needs to update some of the codes, front gate and pool. Other then that we recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Felt like home

This house was great. Very updated with a feel of home. Very nicely accommodating in comfort and accessibility to the water. The house would be great for a big family as it had plenty of room to sleep and eat and relax. Weather was great while we were there so we were able to use the bikes provided by the owners which was a big savings from renting. Had plenty of trails and roads to bike on. All with access to the beach. The pool near the house was located conveniently. It was very cold at the time we visited though. The Windmark area was nice and pool there was the same. I would recommend this place hands down to anyone. As for any inconveniences we experienced it was not anything with the owners but the water pressure was not good so washing the sand off was a little bit challenging. The ocean and beach was not exactly what I expected. The beach and sand area was small and the water did not have much movement like you might expect. You realize why when you see the Island that sits out a few miles from the shore. We did travel by vehicle over to the open Atlantic side and that was a good day trip. The walking on the beach and the shells we found were very nice at the house. The town or Port St Joe was so quaint and enjoyable with locals and visitors as well. We traveled to Panama City Beach one day for a little more activity. About an hour drive so really convenient. I like the small town feel and fewer people so this area was great for that. All in all this is a very nice and safe place.

Perfect Beachside Retreat

Wonderful Stay!

The house was perfect! We loved the open floor plan with all the windows and doors! Momma especially loved the porches because even when we got a little rain shower she could still sit on the porch to enjoy the beach and ocean view! The amineties were definitely a plus, our son loved going out on the kayaks! It was such a short walk onto the beach it was super easy going back and forth for lunch and naps for our little one! The beach area was not crowded at all, the closest people to us all week were about 100 yards away! It felt like we had our own private beach for the week! My favorite part of this house/beach area was the seashells! We will definitely be visiting again!
