The highlights of this beautiful holiday villa include the top location in the southwest, quiet and directly on the canal, the beautiful outdoor area with heated pool, spa, tiki hut, palm trees and boat dock, as well as the consistently bright and modern rooms.

With 3 bedrooms (1x King, 2x Queen) and 2 bathrooms, the villa offers enough space for 6 people. If you are expecting guests, the sofa bed offers overnight accommodation for 2 more people. The living area is bright, with high ceilings and a direct view and access to the pool area. In the living area there is also the great integrated kitchen with cooking island including gas stove and sink, granite work surfaces and modern appliances. In the master bedroom you have the possibility to get directly to the lanai (pool area) through a sliding door, there you will also find 2 walk-in closets and direct access to the adjoining bathroom with shower and double washbasin. Another bedroom and the guest bathroom with bathtub also offer direct access to the pool.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

The lanai is spacious, as is the heated pool and spa. The dining area with gas grill on the terrace is at your disposal for a cozy barbecue evening.

The outside area is a real highlight. This is beautifully laid out with palm trees and other plants and thus offers sufficient privacy and privacy. Nevertheless, you have a wonderful view of the unique sunsets in western Cape Coral and of Channel 150.

A paved path takes you to your boat dock and lift. The well-tended Tiki Hut invites you to linger. Treat yourself to a cold drink, let your eyes and thoughts wander and enjoy Cape Coral with its unique atmosphere.

You can rent a boat for this villa, and you can start your boat tour directly from the in-house dock with lift. If you are interested, just ask for it when you make your booking.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.

You will be looked after on site by our bilingual property management team in German or English.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
