With over 1350 sq ft of space, The Adirondack boasts high ceilings and a large open floorplan that combines modern amenities with rustic charm. The spacious master suite features a two-person soaking tub, an extra large walk-in shower with a rain shower head, and towel warmers for ultimate relaxation. The built-in bunks off the main living area can accommodate up to two children.

The cabin is also equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, a shuffleboard table, and a wine bar with a fridge. Guests can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace on the private elevated deck or cozy up to the indoor fireplace during the cooler months. Smart TVs are available in the living room, bedroom, and deck for entertainment.

The Adirondack is also a perfect cabin for a working getaway, with a dedicated workstation provided for any work-from-home tasks. The cabin provides accurate and detailed local weather forecasts, making it easy to plan outdoor activities.

Guests can relax in the brand new hot tub with a glass of wine, take in the breathtaking views, and enjoy the privacy of the elevated deck. The outdoor fireplace is available year-round unless under a burn ban.

The cabin sleeps up to two adults and two children and is perfect for honeymooners or young families looking for a peaceful retreat. The owners, Travis and Sara, built The Adirondack with the goal of creating a space that guests won't want to leave.

Guests are provided with personalized door codes prior to check-in for a keyless entry. The cabin will be available from 4:00pm on the day of check-in to 10:00am on the day of check-out. Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are unavailable.

A rental agreement is required and will be sent upon booking.

Bug spray is highly recommended during warmer months, and guests are advised to wear long socks and proper boots when hiking. Beware of poison ivy and oak in the woods.

Check-in is keyless. Personalized door codes are provided prior to check-in. Cabin will be available from 4:00pm on day of check in to 10:00am on day of check out. Early check ins and late check outs are unavailable.

We utilize a professional housekeeping company. All housekeeping fees go directly to the housekeeping company. Housekeepers provide all mandatory cleaning and cabin staging to the best of their abilities between each guest. This includes but is not limited to laundering linens, towels, entry and bath rugs, putting away clean dishes, cleaning all appliances, sanitizing all highly touched surfaces, sinks, showers, grill, drain & sanitize hot tub as well as a secondary team that preps the property. Please do not arrive prior to your scheduled check-in. Unscheduled arrivals interrupt housekeeping schedules.

I do live in the area and drive by or near all of the cabins daily. I give my guests space but am available when needed by email @ book@kowiproperties.com or phone.

Eagle Mountain neighborhood is located on a mountain. The cabin is accessible by all vehicles.

There are some steep terrains that lead to amazing views. The rural area leaves most neighborhoods with rural roads that are rougher than city roads. Each cabin sits on at least 1 acre. All lots are open with no fencing.

Driving directions starting from Broken Bow's main intersection (US-259 and US-70) travel North on HWY US-259 for approximately 11.5 miles to Lukfata Trail Road. Turn Left. Lukfata Trail Road is roughly 2 miles North of Girls Gone Wild. Proceed straight down Lukfata Trail Road until you come to a (stop sign) split in the road. Stay straight onto W. Eagle Mountain Road when you come to the split in the road. Continue until you reach the cabin. Cabin will be on the right side of the road.
