Beautifully remodeled home that looks over the park where you can picnic, play tennis, basketball or use the kids playground. This home has a comfortable back yard that features a hot tub, a fire pit, and putting green. The quiet and tranquility is wonderful for some R and R. 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2 levels provides lots of choices for everyone to find their own private space. Located just 2 miles from Peoria Sports Complex, 15 mins to State Farm Stadium, and 30 to the airport.
