The house is located in the nature park Kellerwald-Edersee 2 km from the lake in the village Basdorf in a very quiet cottage area, surrounded by fields, meadows and forest.
The 40 square meter wooden house is surrounded by nature on a 800 sqm plot with mature trees. The house was in 2015 completely renovated inside and out and refurbished.
The house has a bedroom with double bed 180x200 and TV and a living room with fireplace, sofa bed, armchair, TV and dining table. The kitchen offers a full equipment. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet and can be reached via a corridor. All in all, a house with a feel-good atmosphere. still belongs to bedrooms a dressing room with storage system for stowing the clothes.
The house has its own parking on the property. From the living room you reach the covered terrace with windshield and garden furniture. The garden with mature trees offers pure relaxation on the sun loungers.
You are directly in the nature park Kellerwald-Edersee and only 2 km from the Edersee. You can go shopping in three KM and cafes and restaurants can be found in 500 meters.
