Living in a listed building - exclusive designer holiday apartment on 74 m² in Prora Solitaire, directly on the Baltic Sea (apartment type "Penthouse Garden").



Just a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on Rügen, this holiday apartment is furnished to a particularly high standard and offers luxury and relaxation at any time of year. This holiday apartment has a view to the land side.



One of the largest listed buildings in Germany has been transformed into a true holiday paradise: modern flats with a sophisticated design directly on the 7 km long dream beach of Prorer Wiek, which has an almost Caribbean flair with crystal-clear water thanks to the nearby chalk cliffs. Cafés, restaurants and small shops for everyday needs are located along the beach promenade.



The holiday apartment promises a high-quality atmosphere of enjoyment and well-being. Particular attention has been paid to a healthy indoor climate and allergy-friendly materials. The well-equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to enjoy cooking evenings with your loved ones. Coffee lovers will certainly enjoy the Senseo machine provided (please bring your own pods).



The "Penthouse Garden" holiday apartment is a very special, bright and sunny apartment, as it is located on the 5th floor of the side wing of Prora Solitaire. This makes it one of the very few apartments with windows on three sides, and you can enjoy an almost all-round view of the island of Rügen. To the north, west and south you can admire the view over the forest and heathland. The large living room with modern kitchen corner is particularly light-flooded. On cooler evenings, you can make yourself cosy in front of the crackling open fire. The beautiful beach and the park-like grounds of Prora Solitaire are just on the other side of the building.



Thanks to the two separate bathrooms, it is also perfect for a holiday with two couples. Please note, however, that there is no room for a cot in the bedrooms; this would have to be placed in the living area, which is directly adjacent to bedroom 1. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds and the very high-quality sofa in the living room can be converted into two comfortable additional sleeping areas in a few simple steps.



The apartment also has a separate storage room of 7m² on the 3rd floor, which you are welcome to use for your suitcases, golf or sailing equipment or similar.



On the other side of the building there is a park-like garden landscape with an outdoor pool, barbecue area, lounge areas and native flora and fauna. The garden is for the exclusive use of Prora Solitaire guests, with a small pine forest shielding it from the beach and ensuring privacy. Prora Solitaire - an oasis of peace for body, mind and soul all year round! Four charging stations, each with a charging capacity of 22.5 kW, are available for electric vehicles. The charging stations are located in the multi-storey car park and are only accessible to hotel guests.



A spacious wellness area is also available to all guests of Prora Solitaire. Here there is not only a large indoor pool with children's pool, but also various saunas and relaxation areas, a fitness area with appropriate equipment and the option of massages and other treatments, which can be booked at reception.



Several times a week, you can take part in free yoga classes or fitness training with experienced trainers. In the outdoor area there is also a basketball hoop, a boules court, outdoor chess and two table tennis tables, which you can use free of charge. As a guest of Prora Solitaire, you can take advantage of the exclusive half-board in the BREAK café/restaurant or just have breakfast (payable separately).



Cars can be parked in the hotel's own car park for a fee payable on site. On the 2nd floor there are several washing machines and dryers available to all guests in a separate room for a fee.
