Recently tastefully renovated, its decoration oscillates between modernity and authenticity to offer you a cosy spirit that is very pleasant to live in on a daily basis.
The kitchen open to the living room is very well equipped, especially with its scullery where you will find a lot of storage space and also the laundry equipment (a washing machine and a dryer).
The living room with its lounge and dining areas is voluminous and bright with its 3 windows offering a nice view of the sea and the port.
On this same level you will find a first bedroom with 2 single beds that we can group together on request. The bedroom is equipped with a shower room.
The toilet is independent.
On the level of the closed mezzanine, you will find a bedroom also equipped with 2 single beds that we can group together on request, a dressing room, a shower room with toilet. The ceiling is sloping and offers enough height to stand comfortably.
It is a friendly place, ideally placed to experience Provençal life in the heart of the old town.
A deposit of 750€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.
We can provide you with a highchair and a foldable cot free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. It cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, which runs quietly through small streets full of charm, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
