The center and all its entertainment venues, bars and clubs is just a few steps away, as are all other important services, but without taking the idea that car.

For larger groups there are two more apartments in the same complex: another apartment for 4 persons and an apartment for 5 persons.



Kitchenette and dishes clean and tidy; Otherwise a surcharge of 50,00 € will be charged. Linen rental (compulsory complete set: towels + sheets) after announcement: 20,00 € per person.

Small pets: always on request, 50,00 € per week.

Internet rental, subject to a signal confirmation, to be requested at the time of booking: 9.00 Euro / day.

Possibility to smoke only outdoors.

Late check-in, on request (arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10.00 am): fee for one more night.

The customer will take care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; The accommodation for the return must be free of any waste, otherwise 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
