Hideaway- Centrally located near the heart of Amarillo

Hideaway, has two bedrooms with king beds, a fold out couch downstairs to sleep two, a fold out couch in the sunroom to sleep two, two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs with adjustable height shower heads, tank-less water heater, fully appointed kitchen with all new appliances and granite counter tops, a gas fireplace in the living room, four smart TVs, air-conditioning and radiant floor heat in all rooms. This unit has a one vehicle parking space in the garage which also has floor heat and a 12 person registered EF-5 in ground storm shelter for use in dangerous weather. There are security cameras on the exterior of the unit and in the garage as well as a ring doorbell with a camera. There are no security cameras in any indoor spaces.

The Hideaway has it's own private, fully furnished courtyard which has an eight foot privacy fence.

Super clean nicely located property

My 3 daughters and I loved the Hideaway. We were there to hike the canyon and the property provided a short commute. Property was super clean and more than advertised. Steve the host was great at communication. They even had a supply of snacks that my daughter’s loved. Soap, shampoo, and body wash I. The showers. Definitely recommend and will book again on our next trip.

#GeeDay!

ok we came for a memorial/party celebration of My Brothers Life, we needed a spot to come home to, to relax and release, this Hideaway was Just that!!! Clean, comfy and those pillowtop mattresses were heavenly!!!! The Host were very attentive and easy to work with, I have lupus and cannot wait until the winter to go back and walk on the heated floors. This was by far the Best Rental to date!!! 1-10 The Hideaway is a 10+!!!!!!

Best vrbo experience

The hideaway is the best vrbo we've ever stayed at! I love the atmosphere and the attention to detail. They thought of everything to really go above & beyond. We really appreciated having coffee and snacks there when we checked in. The patio is the perfect spot to just chill and relax. We will be back in the future!

This place was everything they promised

We were delighted with this property. Spacious, lovely decor, attention to detail, I could go on and on. The welcome basket, very well stocked kitchen for meal prep, coffee and tea, the comfortable furniture, two full baths, a garage, washer and dryer, convenience to highway. This place was perfection....would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Amarillo. Thank you for such a ccomfortable stay.

Amarillo Gem

The unit was well thought out and super organized with labels on light switches, cabinets, drawers, etc. We were never stuck trying to find something or understand expectations. We found the unit incredibly clean and well appointed. The garage parking space was wonderful as our entrance to the property was on an alley and not the street side. One item of note is a personal preference: the beds are memory foam with a memory foam topper. They were on the soft side and our over 50 bodies prefer a more medium to firm surface. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and can't recommend this unit enough.

Felt like home!

The hideaway was such a beautiful place to stay!! We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time! Our son really loved the little kids hideaway under the stairs!! Steve and Vicki were very responsive, very friendly, and a joy to speak to! They made everything so easy for us, and even brought us a crib with sheets and blankets for our son! We’d give more stars if we could!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The Details

This property was incredible. The hosts attention to small details made us feel like we were at home. The communication was great and the space was better than it looks in the pictures. If you need to stay in Amarillo this is the spot!

It felt like being on a vacation escape in a beautiful house in the city. The water feature on the patio was so relaxing. They thought of everything one might need down to the details in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Cousin Gathering

I cannot say enough about this property! Clean, very nicely decorated, so comfortable! We felt like we were at home! We enjoyed the nice snacks and treats that were provided! The enclosed outdoor seating area was great! Complete privacy, plenty of nice seating, relaxing water feature, great lighting in the evening! What you see in the photos online is what you get! We live in New Mexico so Amarillo is a half way meeting point for our cousins that live in Oklahoma so we have every intention of returning to this great space!
