This large, built of natural stone cottage with stunning views of the surrounding countryside to the bay of Puerto Pollenca is located on a small hill near the historic town of Alcudia, in the northwest of the island.
The establishment of this special holiday home is traditional Majorcan, very well maintained and there is even a small museum space that was once the kitchen of the house in the early hours. Here guests of the house can see, as then cooked and baked.
About a large terrace before the house is through the front door into the entrance area with bright tiles and traditional ceiling beams.
A passageway leads further into the welcoming living room with stone walls, comfortable sofas and SAT-TV (flat screen) and a dark wooden table with matching chairs. A fireplace in the cooler season for cozy warmth.
Two bedrooms are also on the ground floor and share a bathroom.
The lobby also houses the large kitchen with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a large dining table with 2 benches.
From the kitchen a door leads to the open terrace behind the house, with two ancient olive trees and a brick barbecue, complemented by a dining table with long benches. Here extensively grilled while the summer to be enjoyed.
But back in the house: from the entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor with three bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning and two modern bathrooms, one en suite.
The large covered front terrace has about 40 square meters and is equipped with dining table, lounge area, and a ping pong table.
From here, it only takes a few steps to the pool ladder, surrounded by a large sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.

The property is very large and there are no immediate neighbors. A small orange grove is located near the house and depending on the season exude the countless flowers a delicious scent or wear delicious oranges, which may also be picked by the renters.
