The apartment is in a very quiet location between olive trees at the end of a private road. A rental car is recommended. 5 minutes drive to the shopping center, bars, restaurants and the sea with the wide sandy beaches. Ten minutes drive to Marbella. The house is elevated next to the Santa Maria golf course. There is a green fee discount on the golf course for guests. Elviria is the ideal starting point for tours of Andalusia, e.g. B. 2 hours to Granada, Seville or Cordoba. The apartment conveys absolute privacy and has a large bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, living room with television, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms (including bathrooms) have views of the mountains and the sea. The large southwest terrace is furnished with loungers and a dining area. The large private pool is only used by the owners.

The property was a great base for the holliday : brilliant view, amazing pool, gardens. Good kitchen and aircon working well for the warm nights : we're hoping to come back !
We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful location. The water treatment plant is not at all bothersome as mentioned in some reviews (we only noticed smells a few times). The apartment is very comfortable, and the host is welcoming and kind, as is her neighbor, who helped us organize our trip! ! There is also a large, warm pool that we enjoyed throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this place without hesitation.
Peaceful location within easy reach of beaches and Marbella
This property is well equipped and peaceful although less than 5 minutes from the main autovía connecting Malaga with Marbella and beyond, and close to the centre of Elviria with its supermarket and restaurants. Really good beaches at Cabopino and Elviria are very close. It would make sense to go at a time when you can use the well maintained pool. Highly recommended but you need to hire a car.....
We really liked the apartment which was modern and comfortable. A very nice terrace with a lovely view right outside. The pool was available for us to use. A dishwasher and some updated kitchenware should have made the stay even better. Sometimes we could feel the nearby treatment plant but it was not a big problem.

Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung mit Pool.
Insgesamt ok , aber mit einem nicht unerheblichen Mangel
Es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und insgesamt recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionabel. Wir haben z.B. prima in den Betten geschlafen.
Die Terasse hat uns mit ihrem schönen Ausblick in den Garten und Umgebung sehr gefallen. Lediglich die Liegen waren unbequem und eine Auflage wäre sicherlich nötig gewesen. Traurig für die gesamten Anwesen in der Umgebung und damit auch für dieses ist der Umstand, dass eine im Tal befindliche Kläranlage bei bestimmten Windbedingungen zu einer erheblichen Geruchsbelästigung führt.

Leider wurde nicht erwähnt, dass die Villa mit dem "Luxus" Apartment oberhalb eines Industriegebietes Luftlinie ca. 200 m liegt und 24 Stunden täglich eine Umwälzpumpe läuft die dementsprechend hörbare Geräusche Tag u. Nacht erzeugt und je nach Windrichtung ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch der Klär- und Wasseraufbereitungsanlage zu riechen ist.
Ein Großteil des Küchenequipment müsste in dem "Luxus" Apartment entsorgt werden da dieses sehr stark abgenützt und zum Teil verrostet ist sowie eingebrannte Pfannen etc. Das gesamte Geschirr ist zusammengewürfelt und sollte aussortiert werden, weniger ist mehr und sinnvoller!
In der Dusche befindet sich keine Ablage man muss Duschgel, Shampoo etc. alles auf den Boden stellen.
Die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind durchgelegen und die Streben drücken in den Rücken genauso die Plastikstühle gehören ausgetauscht

Sehr schön ist der Pool, den man mitbenützen darf.
Unser Resümee ist! Wir werden das "Luxus" Apartment nicht mehr buchen!
Eva la anfitriona muy amable y atenta en todo , la estancia muy cómoda con unas vistas increíbles,la zona de la piscina es lo más bonito de todo unas plantas super bonitas y una gran piscina, estás en el paraíso la verdad muy bonito todo y cerca de supermercados , bares y playas teniendo coche claro.
Wij zijn hartelijk en heel gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaar.
Zij spreekt Duits, Engels en Spaans zo krijg je een duidelijke uitleg over de gebruiken in de vakantiewoning.
Deze woning is voorzien van alle basis behoeft goed ingerichte keuken met voldoende servies en eenvoudig kookgerei.
De bedden zijn van een prima kwaliteit. Via een steil trapje kom je bij het ruime en diepe zwembadwaar je een heerlijk baantje kunt trekken.
Wij hebben hier een prima tijd gehad .
