Diamondmine is not on a beachfront lot but it is located directly on the sand with no streets to cross. There is a walking easement from the house to the water. Two homes, All In and All in Too sit on either side but Diamondmine does have great Gulf views. Please refer to the aerial shot to view the exact location.

The Space
The owner really has thought of everything. When you enter from the deck, you'll find a handy ""mudroom"" unit. Perfect for beach towels, hats, bags and sunglasses. Everything will be readily available for the next trek to the beach.
Hard surface flooring makes it easy to keep the sand under control and you'll find loads of seating for mealtime. Counter seater, bar seating and a custom-made dining table. All featuring contemporary silver chairs.
The kitchen will please the chefs in the group with gorgeous quartz countertops, huge refrigerators, 2 microwaves and even 2 dishwashers that will make entertaining a large group seem effortless. Bonus! There is even a separate ice maker!
Feel free to dine al fresco at the picnic table located on the deck.
Diamondmine has 3 Master King Suites with view, 1 King with view, 1 Guest Queen, and two bunk rooms. In addition, there is a hallway TV seating area for kids. There are 9 flat screen TVs mounted collectively on the walls of Diamondmine.

The owner has purchased the two oceanfront lots in front of Diamondmine to protect the beautiful views from this outstanding home. Two narrow homes, flanking far left and far right, are currently being constructed. Guests at Diamondmine will continue to enjoy the awesome views. Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. Diamondmine is pet friendly and so are the Morgantown beaches so the whole family can join in the fun!
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
