Newly furnished top floor 2 Bed/2 Bath condo in Coral Falls of Lely Resort! 10 Min to Marco Island, 15 Min to Downtown Naples/5th Ave, as well as 2 public golf courses within Lely. This quiet end-unit comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a king bed in master and queen in guest room. Fresh paint, professionally deep cleaned, and all furnishings in the unit are brand new December 2021! Enjoy breakfast on the screened lanai, while taking in the beautiful grounds of Coral Falls. Pool and jacuzzi are steps away, and surrounded by immaculately maintained grounds/gardens. Parking and elevator right outside your door, this condo is suitable for seasonal snow birds, family vacations, or a quiet couples getaway. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shop!

Coral Falls of Lely Resort is a unique condo complex, in that it is comprised of full-time residents, seasonal residents, and vacationers alike. You will truly feel "at home" in my top-floor condo, as opposed to being in a hotel-like complex.
