**Quiet neighborhood, NOT suitable for loud parties. Perfect for a relaxing retreat with loved ones.
Enjoy this spacious country home that can accommodate up to 12 guests. You'll find yourself enjoying peace and tranquility among the oaks all while just a short drive to the village of Arroyo Grande, Pismo Pier and various wineries. Play some ping pong on the patio and have a BBQ! We have fast wifi in each room and outside. Please understand that we have a 10pm quiet time policy and no pets allowed.
