Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a second bathroom with toilet.

Outdoors: balcony, garden furniture, unfenced garden with a hedge enclosing the property, and a courtyard for secure parking.
A garage is available for your sports equipment and bicycles/motorcycles.
