A great Upper Keys location in the popular neighborhood of Plantation Key Colony, puts you close to attractions, shopping, dining and much more. There is even a small boutique grocery store within walking distance - Payfair Market is a local’s favorite.

Decorated in tropical colors with new furnishings, this home has room for everyone. The master suite features a king -sized bed with private master bath with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Full linens are included in each room and each bath.

The open living area has a kitchen, creating a perfect place to start your day with a light breakfast as you plan your sightseeing. There is an inviting living area just across from the kitchen, with a sleeper queen sofa and comfortable chairs. It's a perfect spot to read or watch TV. All TV's are smart TV's, please bring your own Netflix, Hulu or any other streaming device or accounts with you.

Boating activities are a breeze from the concrete dock-age, with nearly instant access to Florida Bay and quick Ocean access via nearby Tavernier Creek.
