Small charming holiday apartment - Central and opposite the park.

In a small well-kept apartment building is this small 1 bedroom apartment, quietly located at the back, in the attic about 28 square meters. The attractive Therme Bad Aibling, a spa, a railway station and the city center of Bad Aibling, with its many cafes, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. In addition, you can reach the motorway connection of the A 8 Munich / Salzburg in about 8 minutes ........

For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of 25 €.

For a minimum stay of 7 days, a deposit of 100 € will be charged and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Kleine, süße Ferienwohnung
Ich hatte im Vorfeld Mail-Kontakt mit dem Anbieter. Er empfing mich am Anreisetag selbst und zeigte mir die sehr saubere und hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung und erklärte alles, was nötig war. Ich habe mich dort wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und war daher sehr ruhig, auch die Nachbarn hat man nicht gehört.

Die Kleine Ferienwohnung, war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Sie war Zentral aber nicht mitten im Geschehen, so das man auch ein wenig Ruhe hatte. Sehr gern wieder.

Die Lage zur Innenstadt Bad Aibling ist ideal. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Park & Ride Parkplatz ideal.
Das Apartment ist für Kurzurlauber für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Es wäre gut, wenn die Lattenroste der Betten verstellbar wären, denn das Flachliegen ist nicht für Alle angenehm. Auch müsste im Internet angegeben werden, dass im Apartment WLAN vorhanden ist.

A perfect place to rest and rejuvenate while taking in beautiful Bavaria. All the comforts of home, welcoming and convenient to town, yet quiet and peaceful. Close proximity to walking trails, parks, restaurants, shopping and the train station all with views of the Alps. Highly recommend!

Kleines , lichtdurchflutetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in ruhigem Mehrfamilienhaus. Ich habe mich während meines dreieinhalb wöchigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!
