Our agency, specialized in seasonal rentals and established in Sainte Maxime for 4 generations, offers you this charming semi-detached mas of 67 m², equipped for 4 people, located in the private and secure domain of Collines de Guerrevieille. This domain offers 3 tennis courts, a beach restaurant, a large swimming pool, and access to a private beach (2 mattresses + 1 umbrella).
Built on 2 levels with air conditioning, the property consists of a kitchen and a living room with a lounge and dining area opening onto a beautiful terrace with a lovely sea view and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. On the garden level, you will find 2 bedrooms opening onto a terrace, a shower room, an independent WC, and a laundry area. Private parking space.
