Part of a well-kept two-family stone house, near the small hamlet of Montenero d'Orcia, in a hilly position on the slopes of Monte Amiata. Large living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathroom. Large equipped outdoor area with private pool (20 m2) and barbecue. Fascinating position overlooking Val d'Orcia from one side and Maremma and Monte Amiata from the other. 1 km Montenero d'Orcia with supermarket, bar, restaurant-pizzeria; 14 km Castel del Piano (stores of all kinds), 22 km the medieval town of Montalcino, home of the prestigious Brunello, one of the most famous wines of Italy, 44 km Pienza, 45 km of Grosseto, 47 km the thermal baths of Saturnia, 57 km Montepulciano, 60 km the beaches of Marina di Grosseto on the Tyrrhenian coast, 67 km Siena. Important: children under 14 years must be accompanied by their parents in the pool.

Prachtige woning op fantastische locatie

Erg mooie woning met veel smaak ingericht. Goede bedden, meer dan voldoende sanitaire voorzieningen en goed werkende airco's. Keukenuitrusting mag wel wat uitgebreider (geen dunschiller, slechts 1 aardappelmesje). Verschillende zitgelegenheden buiten met voldoende schaduw. Idyllisch zwembad met verbluffend uitzicht over de toscaanse heuvels. Zwembad is, hoewel origineel en erg geslaagd, misschien iets minder geschikt voor heel kleine kinderen vanwege de ruwe (kiezel)ondergrond en wanden. Goede buurtwinkel vlakbij. Tevens 2 goede restaurants op een aantal km (niet echt op wandelafstand echter). Er wonen nog andere mensen op hetzelfde terrein, maar dit stoorde ons niet. Locatie is goede uitvalsbasis om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de buurt te bezoeken.

Ordentlich, sauber und Modern

Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden! Sehr positiv ist, dass in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig! Was man aber wissen sollte: im gleichen Gebäude wohnen Einheimische Leute. Die allerdings sehr ruhig und nicht auffällig sind. Wenn man einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub wünscht, kann ich dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen
