Welcome to our beautiful guest house located minutes from Davis st, walking trails, and more. This is a very large new guest house with a private entrance. The master is spacious with a queen-size bed. The guest house has a large separate living room with a luxury queen-size sofa sleeper. It's perfect for 2 couples or a family traveling guests to the Shenandoah area or other well-known local areas. Loads of privacy and space. It's well-stocked with your favorite items to get you started.

Great experience!

Kiley was an excellent host and the guesthouse was VERY nice. There is a washer and dryer located by the kitchen and the bedroom/bathroom had more room than expected. We will definitely stay again next time we are near culpepper. :)

Highly recommend

Very quiet and private with hosts close if needed. Hosts very friendly. Only suggestion: listed as a 2 bedroom. Is really a one bedroom with pullout sofa, but still plenty of room for 4 to fit comfortably. Bed in Bedroom very comfortable.

Wonderful Vacation

We stayed for a long girls trip weekend and this property was perfect! Super clean, cozy, and close to all the fun shops downtown. I would definitely stay here again and the hosts made everything very easy. Had a wonderful time!

Fantastic Stay

We were in town for a wedding! This cottage was the perfect location. We were able to walk to downtown to eat and shop. Located on a nice and quiet street. The neighbors were very friendly and we felt very welcomed. If we ever make it back to Culpeper we would love to stay here again.

A Nice Stay!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Culpeper! Just a few blocks off of Main St, less than a 10 min. walk to shops & restaurants. Attached guest house was nice, clean, private, and had everything we needed! Nicely landscaped yard. Friendly hosts with good communication We enjoyed our stay and wound stay again, thanks!

Great Location

Arrival: Instructions were perfect and went flawlessly. The unit is attached to the main home, not a "separate" unit but this never posed a problem. There is no control over the air/heat in the unit but a quick conversation with the owner and an small adjustment was made to the temperature which was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about the owners. We casually met a couple of times and had very enjoyable conversations with them. They offered dining suggestions as well as some close site seeing/attraction opportunities. If you want their attention, they are available, otherwise it was as if they did not exist, never intruding unless called upon. Perfect!!! We hope to get this place again when we come back to Culpeper.

Beautiful but not a Guest House

This property was very nice and clean. Space in the rooms were nice and large. The "Luxury" pull out is not for adults though, it appears to be the original mattress. However, it is listed as a Guest House but it is actually guest quarters connected to a family home by a door which locks on their end in the kitchen area. It was hard to just relax and let the kids play because well kids are loud and noisy and we didn't want to disturb them. We could also hear the owners which is something we weren't expecting. Don't get me wrong the owner was very nice and communicative, was just a bit uncomfortable. The temperature was also out of our control. All in all this property is nice, clean, and spacious but not what we expected based on the description.

Outstanding, simply outstanding

Wow, this property is great. We have stayed in 30 or 40 rentals with VRBO and others. My wife said this is probably the cleanest one ever. The space is modern, well laid out and had everything we needed/wanted including new, fresh linens and strategically placed night lights. Kitchen items were sufficient for my wife and grand daughter to use the space to prep the Thanksgiving stuffing, deviled eggs, and cranberry chutney. The location is spot on, only a short walk from the old town shops and restaurants. Access is easy and secure. Although parking is on the street, there is plenty on a quiet side street and we used the same, easily accessible, spot six nights in a row. We plan to use this property on our next grandkids visit.

The cottage was all that my husband and I needed for the 4 nights we were there. Great location, very near Main Street. We found the cottage very clean which is so important to us! The amenities were very good also.

Our Blue Ridge Guesthouse is perfectly situated within the downtown Culpeper area. We are walkable to Davis St and drivable to the Shenandoah area, wineries, and breweries. The guest house is a completely separate house, so you are totally separate on your own.
