Locally owned and managed, our 1 story beach house is located close to the beach with the community pool right outside the back door. The community pool is open seasonally, March 1- Nov 1. There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles with the neighborhood overflow is located directly across the street. Our favorite part is the large screened patio with electric grill and door out to the community pool.
All bedrooms are on the main floor, no stairs, in this single story house! The master suite has a King bed, a private bath, and cable TV. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and a TV. The 3rd bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 twins, each with a trundle). The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa. The private garage features a ping pong table, and all of the beach gear. The Ping-pong table can be folded for storage if you are parking a motorcycle or golf cart in the garage.
We are dog friendly, up to 3 dogs, no size limits. No pet fee (our pups are like family). We ask you to crate your dogs when they are left alone in our home. There is no fenced yard so dogs must be walked on a leash. The Dog Beach at Pier Park and the Dog Park at Frank Brown are our favorite pup-friendly places.
The beach house has a flat screen TV and cable in the living room, washer and dryer, and 2 full baths with tubs and handheld shower heads. Linens, bath towels, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, full size coffee pot, crock pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, pots/pans, dog bowls, dog beds, beach/pool towels folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and a wagon are all provided. WiFi, board games, puzzles, are all available for the days you want to enjoy the day out of the sun
The screened in patio has 2 love seats, 2 chairs, electric grill and a great view of the community pool. The neighbood is gated after 9pm. The neighborhood amenities include outdoor pools, outdoor shuffleboard, playground with swing set.
In the winter of 2020 we purchased our first beach rental but it is not dog friendly per the HOA. As a family of 5 with 3 German Shorthair Pointers who think the are our children too, we wanted a place where our pups would be welcome too. This was a new purchase in 2021. This location is just perfect. Plenty of room for all of our family and our fur babies. The beach is an easy walk for our teens but I prefer to drive, and park at the county pier.

Please note, if you have rented a golf cart for your stay it must be parked in the driveway or garage. The overflow parking is for vehicles only, the HOA does not allow golf carts in the over flow parking areas.
Our beach house is equipped with a smart lock, exterior security camera and a doorbell camera for your security.
Cancelation Policy:
If guests wish to cancel their reservation, the rental fee will be refunded as follows:
100 % if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
50 % if cancelled 15-29 days prior to the Check-in Date
No Refund if cancelled 0-14 days prior to the Check-in Date
Cancellations due to weather:
Refunds due to weather are issued only when mandatory evacuations are issued by local government. If a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the property the unused days will be refunded.
Refunds are not granted if you cannot travel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19. We recommend all guests obtain travel insurance so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are given when a mandatory closure of the short-term rental is issued.
