When you and your family are ready to take a well-deserved vacation, our home is ready to welcome you with warm wood accents, calming European design and plenty of open-air spaces leading to a pool inviting you to let your cares float away.

Our Beach house is located in Rosemary Beach, Florida. Rosemary Beach is a wonderful bike and pesdestrian friendly community. Come enjoy some of the world's best beaches with a a three-minute stroll to the beach and a two mintue stroll to the town center which offers a day spa, restaurants and deli, bike rentals , shops and more. Guests enjoy priviledges at Rosemary beach including access to 4 pools of which all is heated, private beach, fitness center, day spa, and tennis courts. There are also many activities for the children so you can spend time with each other in a secluded and private nest away from it all.

Speaking of the children, they will love the TVs and video games in the bunk beds and the foosball table, not to mention all the places they can go bike riding. Our spacious house has a maximum occupancy of twelve persons and bedding arrangements are as follows:
First Floor: Open floor plan with living area, dining area, kitchen area, laundry, guests full bath with shower, outside shower, and access to loggia area of kitchen 65 inch flatscreen and Bose surround sound
Second Floor: Master King to right of stairs, sleeps 2, master dual shower, and master outside shower to enjoy the beautiful skies of rosemary in privacy, 50 inch flatscreen tv, surround bose system, refrigerator, wall to wall closets, beautiful porches off master: to left of stairs living area outside bedrooms with 42' flatscreen tv , bunk bedrooms(sleeps 2) bunk bathrooms with jucuzzi tub and shower; two twin size extra large day beds king bedroom (sleeps 2) beautiful porches off bedroom overlooking pool: Second king bedroomSleeps 2) Full bathroom with shower, porches off bedroom overlooking beautiful pool

Beautiful Home - Could Use Some Improvements
I'd first like to start by saying that the home itself is absolutely stunning. It has everything you could ever want or need, and was perfect for our girls trip. The owners have done a beautiful job. That being said, I'd be remiss not to mention a couple things just to give the owners/management a heads up: 1) The master bathroom toilet needs to be replaced. It made a screaming sound for our ENTIRE trip that sounds like a cat is dying. We could not use the master toilet at night otherwise the 10 folks staying in the house would be woken up. I read about this in other reviews but had no idea it was this bad. By our last day you'd have to slam the toilet to get it to stop making this noise at all. 2) The water container for the Miele coffee maker had inches of mold growing in it. 3) Upon arrival the pool and outdoor area had leaves everywhere - in the pool, around the pool, and all rugs flipped over. We were happy to clean it up before using it, but this was a main feature of the house so we were eager to spend time out there in a prepared space.

Perfect Spot for 50th!
Nine college friends reunited at this home to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We could not ask for a better house! The outdoor spaces and fire table were great in the evenings and the bedroom configuration gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. Bikes were no included FYI.

Perfect Girls Getaway
Property is spacious and modern. Comfortable king sized beds throughout. Highlight was the private pool- which receives great sunlight all day long. Patio also has plenty of shade. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants/shops. It was perfect for a girls getaway!

A Great Family Vacay!
We wanted a place for our family of 11 to be able to spread out and this was it!! Three couples and five teenagers fit this house perfectly. The outside pool and oasis was top notch. The kitchen had everything we possibly could have needed except a cheese grater (or maybe we just didn’t find it) …but everything else for sure! It’s within walking distance of the beach, the square, restaurants and shops. Just a lovely setting in a wonderful neighborhood. Hopefully, we’ll be back next summer.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION
The property was perfect for all ages! Having a pool at the house was so nice especially with the 2-yr old. Everything was so clean including the town and the beaches. We will definitely visit Rosemary Beach again!

Loved staying in this house! Could easily walk to everything and the home was spacious and pool area beautiful. The only thing I could complain about was that the cleaning people were there until 4:30 cleaning but other than that we had a fantastic stay and communication was great.

Great Stay!
Property is beautiful and came as advertised. Kitchen had everything imaginable to prep and cook meals for our small group right down to the built-in Miele coffee maker we used to make fresh coffee each morning. Pool gear such as body boards and fold out chairs also came in handy for the 3-4 days we spent at the beach. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time and look forward to returning next summer.

We had a wonderful time. Listing on VRBO matched the house perfectly. Stayed with our family of 5 (13 year old, 11 year old, and 9 year old) and they had a wonderful time. Great pool, play room, and plenty to do. Property Managers were very responsive with all communications. Overall excellent property.

Summer Escape
We had a wonderful time at the property. We had four adults and seven kids in our party and the home was perfect for our group. We loved the private pool and the location relative to all of the great shops and beach walkovers. We biked to the beach everyday and had a much needed escape!

Stunning Dutch Review
My overall impressions of this property is favorable. The home itself is absolutely beautiful. Upon entering the home, it smelled a little funny. It was like a combination of cigarette smoke and maybe being closed up for a bit. My biggest disappointment with our stay was the fact that the beautiful patio area including tables, chairs and loungers by the pool were very dirty and dusty. There were also lots of dead leaves on the patio area itself. It was definitely fine for a good spring cleaning at the Stunning Dutch. And for the price to stay in this home, I did expect that it would be immaculate both inside and out.

June 2020 Stay
Our extended family of 10 people stayed at the property for a week in June 2020. There was more than enough room for all of us without feeling crowded. The third floor was a perfect spot for the teenage kids to hangout. I think all of the outdoor furniture has been updated and was in good shape. It's hard to tell from the pictures but the backyard is really large. Last but not least, Nicole and Angelo were super responsive. We would definitely rent again.

A Week in Paradise
This house was grand and the amenities were bountiful. The week with family and friends provided an escape to indulge in quality family time from swimming in the pool to, to enjoying a surround sound movie night to having adult time sitting outside in their courtyard sipping on a glass of wine. The master suite provided an outdoor shower to unwind in and look up at the stars. Cooking dinner in the well suited kitchen was a dream too. We can not say enough about this property. Thank you for sharing your home and we hope to return again next year.

Stunning Dutch
The name of this property says it all, it truly is. The house is comfortable and inviting, everything worked well, except the tv’s were a bit of a challenge, but every time I had a question for the owners, they were on it! They responded quickly and kindly. The bunk beds were a favorite for my grandchildren and the third floor entertainment area was wonderful. This is three floors, although I enjoyed getting my cardio in, be aware there are steps to climb. We had no issues with that though and loved every minute. During this time of covid, we had reservations about going to Florida, but this house has everything you need and more, we spent hours in the pool and just hung out, cooking in the gourmet kitchen was great, and having a WOLF stove myself, I knew they had the best. I hope to get a version of that fridge sometime too! All in all....wonderful!

Very Tired House, needs to be updated.
This house was pretty at one point but the pictures on line are not indicative of the current condition of the house or outside area. This was my family fifth time staying in Rosemary Beach and this house was our least favorite because the house was in such bad shape. The main TV never worked, the pool which we asked to be heated was broken, there were only 5 beach towels, 7 forks, no wagon, very old and gross beach chairs, pans were scratched and limited. We called and/or texted the owners probably 7 to 10 times to get things fixed wiht virtually no resolution. When the pool cleaner came he said the heater needed a part but they had not gotten approval from owner to order. I have a bunch of pictures to show the condition of house but am not sure if I can upload them. The cushions on the chairs are ripped and in awful condition, the umbrella in ripped. It looks like the outside of the house is a house in foreclosure. Very disappointed by the poor condition of this house.

Don't believe the pictures! Dated and very worn property.
This house is neither stunning nor exquisite. We rented here because the reviews were great, and very likely the property was once as beautiful as the pictures. Sadly, this is no longer the case. The outdoor area is in dire need of upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning. The cushions at ALL the outdoor seating areas are in poor shape (picture deflated, stained, old lumpy outdoor cushions that have just sat outside for a decade), but particularly those around the pool and fire pit are in AWFUL shape. Ripped, smelly, stained, moldy, and there was even a dead frog ground into one of the pool chair cushions. We rented this house specifically because the pool and outdoor area looked exquisite, but we hardly spent any time around the pool because the furniture was simply disgusting. The owner made sure to provide sufficient propane, which was very much appreciated, but the dryer didn't work (3 towels went through 2 rounds of drying and were still very damp), nor did the AC on the 2nd floor. The sheets on the beds were obviously very old and worn. On the upside, the beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone. The property itself could be stunning and maybe it was at one time. But it needs updating throughout the ENTIRE house. And for Pete's sake, spend some money on new outdoor cushions! A house at this price point must to have a nice usable outdoor space. The lead picture for this property showcases a beautiful outdoor living space - but its a lie. I reached out to the owner after seeing the 2 prior poor reviews and was assured that everything would be in working order and that the cushions were not in poor shape. Despite reaching out to her during our trip, I given nothing but excuses and denials.
