3 Bed/2Ba house on quiet cul-de-sac located in the heart of central Lake Havasu. Close to Lake, restaurants and shopping. Large living room with comfy double reclining sofa, love seats and reclining chair. Full Kitchen with range, double oven/convection/microwave, toaster oven, and many small appliances. Second refrigerator in laundry room. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms for a great nights sleep. Large back room with two queen futons, exercise bike, air conditioner and door to gated backyard. No Garage Access, however, there is ample parking for you in the driveway or on stones.
