Exclusive dream villa in a central location with a large private pool & free WiFi

In beautiful Denia, we have both renovated and modernized our Villa Bandini for you. In the upscale district of Santa Lucia you will find our exclusive villa in a quiet but very central location, which invites you to relax and unwind.

You will immediately feel at home on the plot of over 650 square meters. No matter whether you want to linger on the outdoor terrace, enjoy the large pool area or take a seat on the roof terrace and enjoy the beautiful sea view or the mountain view of the Montgo; our villa has something for every taste. You will find both a sunny and a shady spot on the entire area.

In the house itself you will find three tastefully furnished bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, another bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped u. a. with microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine etc.

Adjacent is the living area with sitting areas and flat screen TV. If you feel like a cozy warmth or romantic mood, the gas-operated fireplace is available. The cozy garden and the winter gardens invite you to spend time in them. The winter gardens can of course be heated in winter and the glazing can be opened in summer. You can also enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the gardens.

From the living area you reach the sleeping area via two steps (second bedroom). The third bedroom is directly adjacent to one of the winter gardens and has direct access to the pool.

The pool also leaves nothing to be desired. It is suitable for large and small for swimming and also has a toddler area. After cooling off in the pool, you can comfortably use the outdoor shower (hot and cold water).

Enjoy the evening hours with a cozy barbecue evening, a large gas grill is available. Many solar lights, around the pool and various plants give the property a wonderful, Mediterranean flair. Other lights around the villa round off the day tastefully.

You can park your car on the enclosed property. Since the property is completely enclosed and there are detached single-family houses in the neighborhood, the area is invisible.

The comfort of the villa and the location of the property make your vacation a pleasure for you, your family or friends from the very first minute.

Very nice villa and fabulous pool
A few technical issues (amongst a defect refrigerator) were fixed within 24 hours. The first 4 days were influenced by power outages (external factors) in the evening, varying from 0,5 to 2,5 hours. The wifi signal/equipment is present but useless for Internet purposes so we needed to use 4G and hotspot solutions on our own gear. The pool maintenance need to be upgraded because of alge issues during our holiday period (serious alge-stains on our swimming gear, towels, dive masks), 10 days intervals between services is simply too long. The villa itself is situated in a nice and quiet area and well equipped with luxury chairs, tables, luxury parasol and loungers along the pool.

Tolle Villa mit schönem Pool
Die Villa ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Mitte/Ende Mai war es sehr ruhig. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei Problemen mit dem Pool ist Luis gleich zur Stelle und sonst ist die freundliche Haushälterin sofort zu erreichen und kümmert sich, falls mal etwas nicht passen sollte. Rundum hat es uns super gefallen und die Kinder hatten viele Spaß im Pool

Villa mit Stil und der perfekten Lage
Die Villa ist das perfekte Reiseziel um sich von dem stressigen Alltag zu erholen. Durch ihre ruhige Lage bietet sie für 2-4 Personen einen Ort der Erholung. Am Pool kann man die Sonne Spaniens gebießen mit Blick auf den atemberaubenden Mountgó. Wer etwas erleben möchte kann diesen auch besteigen und bekommt als Belohnung eine super Aussicht! Die Stadt Denia ist nur ein paar Auto Minuten von der Villa entfernt, sowie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder verschiedene Restaurants. Den Strand erreicht man auch innerhalb weniger Minuten. Die Villa Bandini bietet mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmern genügend Platz für Familien oder wie in unserem Fall zwei Paare. Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet um bei Bedarf selbst zu kochen. Ich kann einen Urlaub in der Villa Bandini jedem empfehlen, der Erholung sucht!

Mehr als Urlaub
Das war ein Urlaub. Wetter toll und die Villa hielt das was uns vorher versprochen wurde. Reibungsloser Ablauf, korrekte und schnelle Abrechnung. Insbesondere die Lage der Villa hat es uns angetan. Sehr ruhig und alles schnell erreichbar. Als sehr positiv hat sich der `"Sonnenschein" bemerkbar gemacht, denn wir konnten mehrere Stunden am Pool relaxen, während das Domizil unserer Freunde schon im Schatten lag. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sagen DANKE

I and my family have spent a fantastic week.
Villa Bandini is a nice house, we find it in perfect condition, clean and everything worked perfectly. The outdoor pool area is really comfortable and enjoyable where we could enjoy during our stay. Communication with the owner and the local contact person was very friendly and helpful. For my experience I can recommend Villa Bandini, in fact I already recommended it to friends

Liebes Villa Bandini Team, wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit in eurer "Villa Bandini". Die Villa ist mit Liebe zum Detail perfekt hergerichtet und sehr modern ausgestattet. Vorallem der große Barbecue Grill und der große Pool haben es uns angetan. Leider haben wir dieses Jahr nur 1 Woche bei euch verbringen können, aber wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Der Kontakt mit dem gesamten Team, sowohl euer Hausdame als auch mit euch, war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt und können die Villa zu 200 % weiterempfehlen & freuen uns, wenn wir schon bald wieder ein paar geruhsame Tage, in eurer tollen Villa verbringen dürfen. Luca

Perfekter Spanien Urlaub!
Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in der Villa Bandini. Die Villa ist top gelegen, voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Garten und der Pool waren in einem top Zustand und luden zum ersten Sonnenbaden ein. Besonders positiv war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und den Betreuern vor Ort. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und freuen uns auf das nächste mal in Denia.
