Great stay

Excellent home
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The home was a fairly new construction so it was very clean and up to date. Had everything we needed. When we contacted the property manager he was responsive and helpful. And the location was just off the main road so close to restaurants, stores, etc. The condo association’s pool was smaller than we expected but was never crowded. We had s great vacation.

Better than your top hotel!
This Condo was absolutely wonderful. From the moment you open the door and walk in, a sense of quality and comfort can be felt. It is extremely clean, quiet and spacious. I was travelling down to visit my husband, who is there for work, for our two year wedding anniversary and an early Thanksgiving. We were able to cook and host a nice dinner without any issues. This was, by far, a much better option than any top hotel we had looked into reserving. The host was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions. We only had two minor issues during our stay. I am the only coffee drinker, so I bought coffee pods for the coffee machine. For some reason, the single serve was not functioning properly. The carafe side worked perfectly, so I used the Folgers coffee that was provided. We tried to wash a load of towels to bring to the pool, but the washer started leaking water on the floor. It is a stacked washer and dryer, so it's possible the towels were too heavy, but when we brought this to the host's attention, he did his very best to get someone out to look at it. Unfortunately, he was unable to get someone there during our short stay, but we managed without using the washer. Without those two minor issues, this condo was perfect!! We would stay here again if the opportunity arises, but we would also recommend it anyone looking for a place to stay in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. It is priced very reasonably and it is worth every penny you spend.

Nice, clean, welcoming property
We had a great stay at this property. It's clean and very nicely decorated with a number of conveniences. I'd definitely stay there again. The one caveat is that though the listing says "3 BR" it is actually a 2-bedroom unit with a fold-out couch in the living room. That is stated in the details of the listing, but not the listing title. Otherwise, really great place.

We loved it and enjoyed the whole time we stayed at the condo everything was so easy convenience.
Easy access to go anywhere not so hard to find places to dine in, for short period of time plenty of excellent restaurant to choose from. We loved it very much!

High quality for less!!!!
In town for my daughter softball tournament and this place was PERFECT. Very clean and quiet rental, has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Location is great with tons of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The owner is to cool and was very helpful with Amy questions I had.
