This 3300-square foot, one level authentic natural beauty has it all, inside and out, with an open floor plan and large windows and openings that connect the interior space with the beautiful outdoors. Custom sliding glass doors allow the open floor plan to flow onto an equally generous patio area with views of the forested hills to the east. Expansive windows pull the majestic Pacific Ocean right into the living room and two master bedroom suites.

Clear-grain fir doors and trim, mahogany counters and walls, and open-beamed ceilings make this a one-of-a-kind beach retreat. Buffalo granite counters, high-end stainless gas appliances, three dishwashing drawers, wide hallways, walk-in handicap accessible showers with pebble floors, ramped front entry, outdoor hot and cold water, and professional landscaping will make this luxury beach house an exclusive Oregon coast experience for you and your guests.

Designed by Portland, OR, architect Hans Kretschmer of Green Gables, the striking details of the design and the unique elements found throughout the home will make your vacation there one to be remembered for years to come.

Walk into this home and be stunned as you immediately gaze out across the ocean as far as the eye can see. Open the windows and let the ocean breeze tease your face as the sound of the waves becomes the soundtrack to your vacation. Sit on the “ship’s bow” deck, made of Brazilian hardwood (Ipe), enjoy your favorite snack and beverage, or prepare your next meal on the 38” Twin Eagles stainless steel barbeque. You can meander through the professionally landscaped backyard, with only a seawall separating you from the sandy beach, or take the private ramp to the beach to sink your toes in the sand or explore the caves and rock formations around Hug Point just to the north. Be sure to take a moment to relax as you soak in the breathtaking views that surround you.

The Arch Cape Oceanside Escape comfortably sleeps 12 (non-smoking and no pets, please).

All BEDROOMS have luxury mattresses and bedding.

•Master Bedroom #1: King-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, breathtaking ocean views, propane fireplace, and adjoining bathroom.

•Master Bedroom #2: King-sized bed, incredible ocean views, sitting table and chairs, and adjoining bathroom.

•Family Bedroom: Queen-sized bed and regular twin bunk bed.

•The Bunkroom: Four sets of custom built bunk beds; six extra-long twin beds plus two regular twin beds, all sturdy enough for adults. A reading lamp, outlet and locker accompanies each bed.

A Pak-N-Play is provided, including a mattress sheet but no blankets, as well as a high chair.

All BATHROOMS are supplied with plush towels, oatmeal moisturizing soaps, luxury travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, and hair dryers.

•Large custom tiled showers outfit both master bathrooms.

•There is a toilet room with a sink, and two separate shower rooms with sinks that serve the family bedroom and bunkroom.

•A half-bath is located off the living room, near the kitchen.

•The mudroom has a large custom tiled shower.

The KITCHEN with spacious granite countertops, and incredible ocean views, is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving utensils, dishware and silverware.

•Viking stove with griddle and grill on stovetop. Regular plus mini gas ovens.

•3 dishwashing drawers.

•Frigidaire refrigerator freezer (and second one located in the garage).

•Zwilling J.A. Henckels knives.

The LIVING ROOM is the center-piece of the house with its three-dimensional mahogany “wave’ wall and beautiful gas fireplace.

A small BUSINESS CENTER just off the living room is equipped with:

A MUD ROOM provides easy access to the backyard (beach side) with storage for coats and shoes, as well as:
