The bright and friendly furnished apartment has a large bedroom for 2 people in a double bed and a bedroom for 2 people in single beds. The living room combined with fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the heart of your apartment, from here you reach the spacious south-west terrace. Patio furniture are naturally available. The living room is also equipped with a flat screen TV as the master bedroom. Travel cot and high chair for our little guests are included. Sheets and towels are provided each in initial.

The spacious 3-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. The living area is equipped here with a fireplace and comfortable seating. From the living area offers direct access to the beautiful, sunny south-facing terrace. You will also find the dining area with full kitchen. Microwave and dishwasher are available. The apartment has two bedrooms. One is here with a double bed, the second bedroom is furnished with a single bed.

Schöne Entspannung mit Abstrichen
Wir waren im Sommer 2024 in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Kinderzimmer ist für 2 Kinder definitiv zu klein. In den ersten Tagen funktionierte kein WLan. Nach Mängelanzeige beim Dienstleister wurde das Datenlimit angehoben da wahrscheinlich vom Vormieter alles aufgebraucht wurde. Das Geschirr war leider bei Ankunft nicht gerade im sauberen Zustand. Wir haben es dann eingeweicht und noch einmal gespült. Abgesehen von diesen kleinen Mängeln war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.

Sauberkeit und Zustand der Ferienwohnung
Die Fewo ist sehr schön gelegen und praktisch eingerichtet. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit bei Bezug sehr zu wünschen übrig, Lampen funktionierten nicht, ebenso der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Diese Negativpunkte wurden am Tag nach dem Einzug David Touristik in Kühlungsborn mitgeteilt, man versprach sich darum zu kümmern. Leider haben wir davon nichts feststellen können. Beim Auschecken wurde von uns nochmals auf die festgestellten Mängel hingewiesen, man wollte uns eine Rückinfo geben. Auch auf 2 Nachfragen per Mail hat sich David Touristik bisher bei uns leider nicht gemeldet. Fazit für uns: David Touristik werden wir nicht weiterempfehlen.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in super Lage
Die Wohnung War für 2 Personen ideal. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist maximal etwas für ein Kind. Mit 4 Personen wäre es meiner Meinung nach zu eng in der Wohnung. Die Lage der Terrasse ist super. Man hat praktisch den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich fand es ok. Man darf halt keinen Luxus erwarten. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Fenster auch von außen geputzt worden wären. Bei Sonnenlicht sah es so jedenfalls nichts schön aus. Etwas beschwerlich fand ich, dass man den Schlüssel in Kühlungsborn abholen und auch wieder abgeben muss. Da muss es doch eine andere Lösung geben! Entscheidend war für mich die Lage der Wohnung in Börgerende in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. So konnten wir unsere Fahrradtouren perfekt starten. Für Selbstversorger War ein kleiner Kiosk in 5 min. Entfernung. Auch ein Restaurant, ein Café und ein Eiscafe gibt es dort. Super! Ich wurde die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen, aber maximal für 3 Personen.
