Spacious guest bedroom, second bathroom has rain shower as well. Both bathrooms have true walk in showers. Fully stocked kitchen, wine chiller, microwave and dishwasher. Walk a few steps to a pool and spa, quiet corner unit with amazing mountain views. Sit inside or out and enjoy our crisp Bose surround sound of your favorite music. Citrus trees are plentiful in our community, nothing like fresh squeezed lemonade or orange juice, we even have some grapefruit trees, enjoy ! We are minutes away from Acrisure Arena, less than 10 miles from New Palm Springs Surf Club and 20 minutes from Empire Polo Club!
