Central but quiet apartment with beautiful mountain views

The apartment in the attic of our house is very centrally located, but still quiet, in Partenkirchen - in close proximity to children Rheumaklinik.
Here you can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views of the mountains.
An ideal holiday address even without a car because everything is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket can be reached in two minutes. The bus stop for the free local bus and train stations are about 10 minutes away. Our apartment is ideally located for lovers of hiking and cross-country skiing, in a few minutes the most beautiful walking paths and trails around Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Bergnah und zentrale Lage
Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit dem Ausblick auf die Bergspitzen. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist. Dank der guten Lage ( nah am Bahnhof und Bushaltestellen) konnten wir uns gut bewegen. Viele sehenswerte Plätze sind auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, die Küche sind optimal ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert..

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung in super Lage mit Allem, was man benötigt.
Wir haben unsere Zeit in Stefanies gemütlicher Ferienwohnung genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim Check-In wurden wir von Stefanies Mama nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und bietet auch alle kleinen Dinge, die man so benötigt (Gewürze, Spülmittel usw). Von der Wohnung aus kann man direkt loswandern, ohne vorher auf den Bus o. Ä. angewiesen zu sein. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist super schön und auch auf dem Balkon lässt es sich gut aushalten. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage.

Super zentral, trotzdem ruhig
Tolles Appartement, für kleine Familie geeignet. Wir waren zu viert, 2 erwachsene und 2 Teenager, für uns persönlich war es etwas knapp von den Betten Kapazitäten. Wir hatten das leider nicht richtig eingeschätzt. Vermieter super nett. Tip top sauber alles. Wirklich prima Lage. Fussläufig ist vieles erreichbar.

Tolle ruhige Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung lag, wie beschrieben, zentral und doch ruhig. Es eine gemütliche Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon. Sie verfügt über alles Notwendige, was man braucht. Die Vermieter haben einige Informationen über Garmisch-Partenkirchen vorbereitet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in der Nähe. Schräg gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, schräg gegenüber von diesem ist ein von außen unscheinbarer, aber von von innen sehr großer Deko- u. Schreibwarenladen mit super schönen Dingen. Fußläufig ist auch Partnerklamm zu erreichen die nur einen knappen km entfernt ist, genauso wie die schöne Innenstadt von Garmisch. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, selbst die Nachbarn helfen beim einparken. War ein rundum toller Urlaub!

Cozy stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy retreat. The apartment is on the top floor of a typical German home. You do need to be able to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The apartment has wood laminate throughout which is perfect for winter weather and makes it easy to clean. There is a mat outside the door to leave shoes on. The main room has a small kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. There is a stovetop and microwave but no oven. There is also a dishwasher. The room has a small table and seating for four. There is one very comfortable chair and a futon style couch which would work as an extra bed. The bathroom has a small shower which was fine for our stay. The bedroom has twin beds. We both felt that the beds in the large bedroom were the most comfortable that we have slept on in a long time. Checking in/out was easy. I enjoyed lovely, long walks around the area which is so beautiful!
