From beginning to end our vacation in Port St. Lucie was wonderful! Check in check out were all seamless. All information needed for a wonderful time in Florida is all mapped out by Holly. The house, the hot tub, great TVs for March Madness, outdoor projector, the small incidentals that are provided really help make this stay great! We highly recommend this place, and will be returning!
Great place, great location! Very nice and very cozy! The host was very helpful with directions and even stocked snacks!!!!! Would definitely recommend!

Dishonest Host
Besides the ants, some needed maintenance & the host monitoring the cameras & messaging you about what see she's, the stay itself wasn't horrible. Our work took us a little further away than anticipated so we requested to vacate early. The host agreed but would only refund 50%, which we accepted. Had she declined, we would have stayed and made it work. Turns out she lied & now we have to dispute charges & take other legal actions. VRBO was no help.
We had the pleasure of staying here with another couple for a month (Mets spring training 15 minute drive!). It felt very comfortable and was a great place to live for such a long time. Kitchen is well equipped though the ice maker/ water struggled at times. Owner left assorted snacks, bottled drinks and coffee pods too! Nice touch. Beds, couches, showers, washer/dryer, linens are all good too. We did have ongoing issues with TV connections (they had just switched providers) but host/owner worked with us and multiple service visits from cable company providers to make it better.
Wonderful backyard… especially the hot tub! We used the grill and fire pit also (it was February-March) and the little colored lights created a festive mood for outdoor fun. We did not use outdoor movie projector as we could never get it to work.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of similar ranch homes and is very near a shopping center with grocery store, fitness center and some restaurants. Easy to get to major roads, parks and beaches though traffic is always present so just leave extra time for any travel. Hutchinson Island beaches are about a 45 minute drive.
Would we stay here again? I think so though we do like to try new places for our Spring Training visits.

Older home kind of cramped
First impression was great as we walked in to lovely music, welcome treats and flowers. Throughout our 4 day stay we stayed in 3 nights to cook and eat. There was one drinking glass, but plenty red solo cups. Not many bowls to cook with, no large unslotted spoon and a super flimsy can opener. Overall most cooking utensils were on the cheap side. Two cupboard doors in kitchen were barely hinged and loose. The hot tub took about an hour to heat up, but it did. The floors under the master bed was super dusty and even had trash. the bedrooms had so much furniture you did not have much room to walk around. Master bath was small and cramped. There weren't towel holders for hand towels in either batch and no room on sink space for one with all of the decor, etc. The neighborhood wasn't very clean as a whole with our first impression driving to the VRBO was on a little reserved side. With this being said, we did alert Holli to most of this upon our departure and she was very apologetic and receptive. She was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. With some pretty simple adjustments, the home would be more accommodating. It is not in or give the feel of paradise, however.
We had a wonderful stay at this sweet house. The house was so comfortable and in a nice secluded location tucked at the end of a street in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to everything. The outside area is really nice, partially fenced, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and covered table. Holly was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommend!
It is always nice to stay in the Port St Lucie/Stuart area. With all the nice vacation homes and this one is no exception. It was clean and well kept. We always bring our boat and the owners of this place were just fine with us bringing it down. Thanks again to the owners for letting us stay.
