Welcome to our kids/family friendly cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in a private gated community in the heart of Poconos with 4 outdoor pools, 2lakes,1 beach (canoes, kayaks ,boats), multiple playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, boat docks, clubhouse and many more..
Close to Great Wolf Lodge and Kalahari Resorts Water Park ,Go-Kart ,Casino, Camelback, ZOO ,Horseback Riding, Shooting Range, Skydiving, Hiking, Outlet, 8 min from Tobyhanna State Park.
The space
Our house is a kids friendly one level house. It's warm, cozy and very spacious.
Guest access
House offers:
-Keyless entry
- High speed internet, Amazon Tv, Netflix, PS3 with games
-3 bedrooms
- 2 bathroom
-fully equipped kitchen/ dinning room/ Livingroom
-wood burning fire place
- washer and dryer
-outdoor: gas barbeque, porch, outdoor furniture, fire pit, outdoor toys and playground
-storage area
-sports equipment
-bikes
Other things to note
We provided 5 guest passes anything above will have to be purchased in the welcome center.
Beach/pool access: $5/day per adult and $3 per child ( children under 2 are free) gets you access to all 4 outdoor pools/ aqua aerobic (every Thursday- last day September 2), yoga, 2 lakes, mini golf, clubhouse(bingo every Friday), kayaks/ canoes/boats, boat docks.. Pools/Beach are open 11am to 7pm
Guest will need to fill out a guest registration form which we will send via email at least 72h before checking in.
KEEP IN MIND THAT OUR HOUSE CAN ACCOMODATE NO MORE THAN 8 ADULTS!!
