Coastal Charm is a gorgeous coastal-style two bedroom two bathroom condo is located just steps from the community swimming pool with a covered balcony, a great place to relax and take it all in. Your vacation condo is located in a well manicured complex, Sea Club of Indian Shores and is just a short walk to our white sandy beach.

Coastal Charm has everything you will need to feel right at home with a full kitchen with all the necessary dishes, utensils, small appliances you could ask for. New living room furnishings, flat screen television with extended cable channels and Wi-Fi, a kitchen table with views of the pool and a large dining table. The master bedroom is large and with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo accommodates five guests comfortably, making this condo the perfect place for family to gather. * Minimum length of stay is 6 nights / 7 days per community rules. Coastal Charm is located in building #2, unit #13. Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.

Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large sparkling pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day. A fishing pier along the Intercoastal waterway is available, picnic area and barbecue grills and shuffleboard too.

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Quiet Getaway
Kristin, our host, was great! She was communicative. Property was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook meals. Pool was clean and very close. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and was also very clean and uncrowded. Kristin recommended a beach equipment rental company that we rented a wagon, canopy, etc. Mini golf, restaurants, ice cream and beach stores were a short walk away. Would recommend!

Great Stay - May 2024
My partner and I had a great stay here for a week in May 2024. The unit was very clean, exactly as advertised, and had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Our host was very friendly and easy to reach, although we didn’t need anything from our host during our vacation. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Indian Shores or nearby.

A great place to stay
We loved the location, close to the beach, yet in a quiet area. Even though the pool was a community pool, it was not loud or overly busy. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A great place to relax and enjoy the Florida warmth!

Everyday in Indian Shores is beautiful but it’s always that much better when you’re staying in such a beautiful condo that’s literally, steps away from the beach. This was our Family’s second time staying at Coastal Charms and it never disappoints. Communication is always clear and concise, the check in process couldn’t be any easier. The amenities and little extras are always top notch and so thoughtful. As a family of 6, sometimes it feels like we’re on top of each other but not at Coastal Charms, everything is spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Our kids favorite part was the pool and with a direct view from the balcony, it made things so easy for us as parents to keep a watchful eye on them from a comfortable perch. Our only complaint was that we had to leave, lol. We absolutely love the space and can’t wait to get back.

Beautiful Condo minutes from the Beach!
Our family had an amazing stay at The Sea Club in Indian Shores! Unit 13-Coastal Charm had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the pool view and balcony was everything we were looking for. The 2 minute walk to the beach was quick and easy. Kristin and her staff do an amazing job communicating with their guests. We will definitely book through Welcome Y’all Vacation Rentals in the future!

Perfect Beach Getaway
Loved staying at Sea Club and this unit. There were plenty of fresh linens, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The wifi is fantastic and the smart TVs worked very well. The complex is very quiet. We didn't use the pool, but it was very clean and a good size. We appreciated the small beach toys and the chairs available in the closet. The beach is a short 3 min walk across the road. The beach was never crowded and we had plenty of room to play and enjoy ourselves. We were able to watch dolphins from the dock on the intercostal. The Indian Shores area is a really great beach to visit if you are not into a lot of crowds. Excellent restaurants and little shops. Check out Indian Shores Coffee, Crabby Bill's, and in Indian Rocks, TJ's Italian (best meal we had by far). We were here for a softball tournament and it was about 30 min to the park and an easy drive. The management company is responsive and helpful. I'd recommend staying in this unit for your beach getaway.

Nice condo!
It was our fifth stay in the Sea Club, but 1st in this unit. We liked it a lot! Unit is clean, well equipped, and has amazing beds!!! I would give 5 stars for bed only :)! The unit is in very good shape and good quality furniture/appliances. Because the condo is on 1st floor and just next to the pool we were able to have a "calm" breakfast while kids were in the pool not being worrying about them. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the unit for anyone. As well as, we would definitely come back in the next year.
