Installation d’une climatisation recommandée !
Séjour très agréable, tout ce qu’il faut et une superbe vue sur la Méditerranée ! Par contre, le fait de pas avoir de climatisation est très désagréable, la ventilation ne suffit pas sachant qu’elle fait beaucoup de bruit.

Wunderbare Lage
Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Tür zum Bad ist stark verzogen, die Abzugshaube geht nicht und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist dürftig. Die große Terrasse und der phantastische Ausblick machen aber alles andere wett. Für ein paar Tage bei gutem Wetter eine tolle Unterkunft.

Im großen und ganzen war es wie beschrieben. Abstriche muss man natürlich immer machen. Die Couch müsste mal erneuert werden und ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie zb die grün Anlage vor dem Haus bräuchte mal eine Pflege.

Mooie locatie en prachtig uitzicht. Appartement echter oud en gedateerd. In de ochtend veel vocht. Moesten de hele dag luchten. Lucht in appartement muffig. Tv had alleen maar franse zenders.

La casa está en una zona muy tranquila, es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para pasar unos dias geniales. Lo unico malo a reseñar fueron los colchones que se encuentran en mal estado y las colchas sucias. Lo mejor, las vistas.

Muy a gusto
El sitio es muy tranquilo y acogedor , las vistas son maravillosas , muy cerquita de todas las calas , cerca también del arenal , los supermercados y el centro de Javea. Lo único que destacaría por estar regular,tirando a mal ,son los colchones ( muy mal) , y los cojines ( almohadones) ,sin fundas y manchados de humedades . Destacar que hay muchos mosquitos. Pero lo demás de verdad genial

Nous avons passe un tres bon moment dans ce logement. La vue depuis la terrasse est simplement magnifique. Le logement est bien equipe et propre( hormis une tache sur le canape) Nous avons aime sa situation eloigne des centres villes et proche de plages sauvages.

Unas vistas espectaculares
El piso está super limpio, nuevo y tiene una terraza estupenda con vistas al mar, es tal y como aparece en la foto! El apartamento está en una ubicación perfecta si quieres huir del tumulto de gente que se condensa en la zona de El Arenal. Al estar en zona alta sopla una brisita que da gusto para dormir. Supermercados y bazares cerca. Eso sí, necesitas coche para moverte, o tirar de taxi. ¡Nosotras volveremos! Nos encantó.
