BeaUTAHful is a full size 2 bed 1 bath apartment unit with a full kitchen.
The space is approximately 750 sq ft.
BeaUTAHful will accommodate 4 people and 2 pets max.
Located in a small 7 unit complex with other dogs and cats living in the building and neighborhood. Dogs must be friendly and non aggressive towards other animals and humans. Cedar City does have leash laws and animals need to be leashed when outside of the apartment.
A shared front yard area for potty breaks with a shade sail, benches and doggie pool should be complete by Oct 1, 2022 Please clean up your animals waste immediately.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.
Early check in and late checkouts can not be accommodated due to the cleaners schedule.
*FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN*
Complete with pots, pans, crockpot, Keurig, toaster. Plates, bowls, utensils, and full drawer of cooking spatulas, measuring cups etc.
*BEDROOMS*
Each private room has a Queen size bed. Window blinds and black out curtains in bedrooms for complete privacy and dark rooms if you wish to sleep in.
*BATHROOM*
Bathroom has a shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided in large pump style bottles. Starter rolls of Toilet Paper (3 rolls) provided for each stay.
*WASHER AND DRYER*
Brand new, private washer & dryer in this space for guest use! No need to track down a laundromat, you can throw in a wash load while cooking dinner or relaxing on the couch and enjoying the big screen!
This unit has 6 exterior cement stairs to the entrance. (please see pictures)
A/C is provided during the summer months and is an evaporative air cooler mounted in the kitchen window.
Please read and understand the cancelation policy before booking. You may want to purchase separate travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel your reservation. Refunds are no longer issued due to Covid.
