Each room is equipped with a TV. The villa is equipped with high-speed wifi.

You'll have access to an outdoor area with a swimming pool surrounded by vegetation, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. A hammock is also at your disposal for moments of absolute idleness.
For the more sporty, a ping pong table and basketball hoop are available outside.

The pool can be heated if you prefer. A supplement may be charged depending on the outside temperature. Please ask us at least 3 days before your arrival.

Our house is a 15-minute drive from the center of Nice or easily accessible via bus 62. A quiet footpath is within walking distance, allowing you to discover the surrounding countryside.
