Did someone say beach sunsets from the balcony? This adorable condo makes that a possibility. After a long day at the beach or community pool you can come back, relax, freshen up, and have a drink on the balcony while enjoying your beautiful sunsets. With just about equal walking distance to either ocean side or bay side you can have the best of both worlds. This condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two hallway bunks, and a pull-out sofa. Having two bathrooms helps everyone get freshened up in a timely manner so that you can spend your time exploring, relaxing, and having fun. Fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer make it easier to not have to go out every day if you don’t want to. Property located on Sound side. For those who would enjoy using the tv, we have one tv in the living room and one in the master bedroom. You have cable and they’re both smart tv's making streaming and screen casting easy. I’ve included a Disney Plus + log in for you as well. Check out the guest info book and we hope you enjoy your stay in our little slice of paradise!

We came for my sons wedding on the beach. The condo was amazing just a small walk to beach and everything we needed. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Easy check in and out. Will stay with them again! Also we love Navarre beach our new favorite spot out of all beaches we’ve been to!

First time in Navarre

First time in Navarre beach area. We absolutely loved it. The condo was wonderful. Anything you could really need for the beach was there. Short walk to and from. Super clean condo w a sunset facing patio! Loved every second. Will be back.

Awesome Place - Highly Recommended!!!!

This is a great little place. Clean, comfortable furniture and beds, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need. The owners went the extra mile to include nice “extra’s”, such as bags to use for the beach, beach chairs and umbrella, and a first aid kit to use for emergency. Also, linens and towels provided made for less work for me! The location is ideal because it overlooks a huge empty lot of sand - the Santa Rosa Sound is easily accessible within a 4 minute walk and the ocean just the same. This is a great place to stay and we highly recommend it.

Great Spot!!

This place was exactly as described and pictured. Navarre Beach is still relatively undiscovered and this condo was the perfect way to enjoy it. Everything except the ice maker worked and the property manager brought us ice on our first day. Unit was immaculate and extremely comfortable for two adults. Beach access was across the street and parking was right outside of the unit. All in all a great experience.

Dive Trip

Everything we needed and more, packed into a comfy, quaint little space. The location was an added bonus because it was so close to everything we wanted to see. We liked that it wasn't a high rise and that we could walk to the bay side and enjoy a quiet little beach.

Not as expected but a wonderful trip!

It was listed they were doing constructions at the property. In their review, what drew me to it, was the balcony and the view from the room. I t would’ve been awesome except the windows were boarded up and there was no balcony. This was not disclosed before I arrived. There were a few other construction issues but the management was very good, the room was excellent, and the property is excellent. Overall my family and I had a wonderful trip, just a few stressful moments.

Perfect Place!

We loved our stay at the condo! Perfect little walk to the beach! Quiet area, not crowded. Condo is well stocked with everything you need! I love that they provided beach chairs and an umbrella although we decided to rent since it was a girls trip and we wanted to just enjoy doing nothing since we were kid free! Host was quick to respond.

Clean and cute condo!

This was our first time using VRBO so we were a little nervous. When I asked the contact a question they responded quickly. The condo was so clean and the owners had some of their personal things that they allowed us to use. Life jackets, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The place was decorated so cute and it’s right in the middle of the gulf and the sound. It’s super close to the bridge that takes you to the stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely Family vacation

We took this trip with our family of 5 people and we all love the condo is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking. The beach access is just by crossing the street. The pool not very clean but we are not pool people. Lovely place looking forward to come again next year!!!

Memorable spring break at Navarre!

We spent 5 nights in this cozy condo, short walk to the beach, and to the Sound. Kids slept in bunk beds which was convenient for our family of four (a 1 bedroom condo is perfect). Loved having two full baths. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals as there really are not a lot of restaurant choices on Navarre Beach. I liked that they included tea, coffee, and spices. Could use some blackout curtains in the master bedroom as the parking lot has flood lights that are on all night. Linens were new and soft. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here.
