Quiet and relaxing, walk outside and you feel like the Eiffel Tower could fall on you. The Apartment has all new furnishings and antiques (pre-war Metro bench from a Paris Bistro), oriental carpets, 32 in flat screen tv, free idd, wifi, a king-sized Canopy Bed and two high quality Simmons single bed (can make a queen), fully fitted Kitchen with Cable TV carrying the Movie Channel, eight Sports Channels, and Children's channels. Fourth floor with elevator, the Suite is cool, very light and quiet with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Paris.

Fantastic base for exploring Paris

The property was exactly as photographed. Lift to 4th floor a treasure with suitcases. Mark extremely thorough host. Easy access to all you want to explore in Paris.

GREAT LOCATION

Great location, comfortable beds, excellent washing machine but need a clothes airer if you don’t wish to use the two in one washer/dryer. Tiny bathroom, but that’s typical of Paris accommodation - welcome bask nice touch.

Lovely Family Accomodation

With the Eiffel Tower casting a shadow over this quintessential little Parisian apartment, it is hard to imagine a better location. The surrounding streets are full of authentic shops where fresh fruit, bread, groceries and quality coffee are easily accessible. Really special stay with my wife and children aged 9 and 6. Apartment living in paris

Came to Paris with my husband and 22 year old daughter to visit my daughter during her study abroad. Apartment was great. Lots of room for all of us and the living room area was a great bonus. Supermarket was 500 feet from the apartment making it easy to grab essentials. The washer and dryer was a bit tricky. First time using a 2 in 1. Edgar was quick to respond with directions regarding how to use the appliance but also with the TV. Location is absolutely perfect. View from the apartment is a small courtyard area but when you walk out the front door the Eiffel Tower is to your right and a beautiful sight. We walked all over the city and it was so nice to have a little home away from home to come back to.

Perfect Location in Paris!

Mark’s place was exactly as described and perfect for myself and my two girlfriends. Yes - the bathroom is tiny (not sure my friend’s 6’3” husband would’ve fit in the shower) but it was dandy for us. Loved the elevator - a bit of a luxury in Paris and the proximity to everything was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Great location and nice apartment!

Overall this was a great place for us to stay. My wife and I brought our daughter for her senior trip. Check in was easy. Lots of local stuff from restaurants to grocery store to the Eiffel Tower only a few blocks away.

Amazing location

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. I can’t imagine staying somewhere else, especially for the cost. The apartment was a little tight but this was to be expected. Other than that and it being hot due to weirdly warm weather, I wouldn’t think twice about staying again.

Great Location for a Stay in Paris

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Paris, and it couldn't have been better! The location is ideal, being close to the Eiffel Tower, numerous restaurants, and the metro. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment also features an elevator, which was a huge plus when dealing with our luggage. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Paris!

Perfect Pied-a-Terre

Super cute, if tiny, apartment, with a location that cannot be beat. The Iron Lady greats you to your right every time you step out the front door. We ( my wife and two sons) were perfectly comfortable in the apartment. Despite its size it offered everything you need in an apartment to base your exploration of the City of Light. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful, check-in couldn’t have been easier. The neighbourhood has excellent boucherie, boulangerie, patisserie, fromagerie, and some great gems of restaurants. Try Les Cocottes or Popu Bistro à Pizza for great casual meals. This is an excellent stay to experience a few days in the heart of Paris.

Perfect location - stay here!

This space was pretty small, as we were coming from London where we had more rooms and an additional bathroom, but this location was just perfect! We traveled in the first week of June 2024 - two adults and our two children (16 and 18 years old). It was SO EASY to get around on the metro from this location, and of course walking to the Eiffel Tower each night was easy, too. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood, really, you can't get better than this apartment! 100% recommend!

Eiffel Tower View Apartment

The apartment is located close to the Eiffel. The picture advertised is exactly what you see from the street when you step out the apartment door. Communication with Mark was very good. He always responded promply with good detail. The checkin process was detailed and easy to follow step by step. Very good building security was appreciated. We used the apartment as a base for all our activities while in Paris. Very clean. We had a couple of questions the use of the washer/dryer, but Edgar was quick to return our call proving explanations. The bathroom is very small, but functional. I'm a big guy and was able to make the shower work. A grocery store is close, many places to eat near bye- in fact one two doors down on the corner, like most corners in Paris. Beds were comfortable too. A quiet building. Overall a good experience . Thanks again Mark & Edgar.

The apartment is in a great location to get to all attractions. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the sidewalk outside the apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby. The owner was very easy to deal with and provide helpful travel information before we arrived

Great Location

Pros: You can't beat the location of this property. Great neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and transportation. And the building has an elevator which is extremely helpful. Cons: The bathroom is extremely small so if you are larger size this might not work for you. And there are very noisy neighbors above in the morning and at night so if you are a light sleeper beware.

This apartment was so well-located within a couple minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a variety of restaurants, bakeries, and other conveniences, such as metro and RER stations. While I wouldn't necessarily call it a "luxury" apartment, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette and a living area. The lift was also so helpful! Probably the only drawback was the tiny bathroom, but that is fairly common in European flats. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The rental was great. The big bed was hard but felt awesome after walking all day. The apartment was great. I stayed with my 16 year old daughter and my 69 year old mother and it was more than enough room. We absolutely loved the apartment and it was in a safe area. I highly recommend the apartment

Perfect location with everything you need

Thank you so much. We had a wonderful stay and loved your apartment. The location was perfect with shops and nearby restaurants and of course the Eiffel Tower a block away. It was simple to walk everywhere or hop on the train. Great communication with the host and onsite contact. The beds and linens were soft and comfortable and my children slept very well with dark room and a super quiet building. Only reco would be instructions for the 2in1 Washer Dryer. That took a few tries to figure out drying. But otherwise perfect in every way! And really appreciated the gift basket. Would highly recommend!!

Mixed Review

The location of the apartment is outstanding. One block to Rue Saint-Dominique and with several good restaurants right downstairs from the apartment. Bed linens are luxurious. That’s the end of the good review. The queen size mattress is hard and the bed creaks every time you move. The apartment is not clean, especially the bathroom which has mold in the shower and on the walls. The medicine cabinet mirror is broken and held together with a sticker peeled off of a package and a razor blade taped inside for the closure magnet to attach to! There is a tall step up into the shower so it is definitely not handicap accessible or indeed safe for someone elderly. There is no heat in or near the bathroom and a drafty window in the shower itself. But, the toilet is clean. This is not a luxury apartment but could be if it is renovated. The window frames are actually falling apart. I’d be concerned for a small child as the paint is very old and very thick (lead paint?). Currently, there is a major renovation of the common areas but workers do not begin until after 8:30 and finish before 5:00 so do not disturb you but it does add to the dust.
