Welcome to our charming 20-square-meter studio, nestled in the heart of the beautiful town of Sainte-Maxime.
Ideal for couples, our studio offers an intimate and comfortable space for your seaside stay.
Take full advantage of the facilities on offer, including the shared swimming pool where you can cool off and relax under the Mediterranean sun, and the pétanque court shaded by majestic umbrella pines!

## Logement
The accommodation includes:
- a living space with a sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a shower room.

You will have at your disposal: Parking, filter coffee machine, microwave, television, Wifi, fan.
You will also have a terrace and the residence has a swimming pool, open from May to October from 9am to 10pm.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.
Sheets and towels are provided (included in the cleaning fee).

The accommodation is located :
- 5 minutes walk from the beach of La Madrague ;
- and close to the bus stop serving the cities of the coast.

Activities to do during your stay :
- visit Saint-Tropez ;
-enjoy the amusement parks ;
- and walk in the Provencal villages.

For your small daily purchases, you will find a mini-market Casino at 3 minutes on foot.

## Emplacement
Sainte-Maxime does not live only in summer, in winter the mimosa festival or the oil festival are very important. Rich and preserved, their fauna and flora can be discovered by taking several hiking trails; a joy for nature lovers. And after a long walk at the Pointe des Sardinaux, what could be better than to take care of yourself with the thalassotherapy center. In summer, do as everyone else does, have an aperitif in a beach restaurant and then have dinner to the sound of the rolling waves, without worrying about the time.
