This very comfortable Studio Cabin flat (for 2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers) has been completely refurbished (reversible air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, shower room).
Located on the 3rd floor out of 4, with lift, in a secure residence, it sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children) for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in front of the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot * Pets allowed on request 30 euros extra* * Pre-registered deposit not debited from 300 with registration fee 5.96 euros.*

The living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte (monkfish stew), La Gardiane de Taureau (bullfighting), La Rouille Graulène (Graulene rouille) different from the rouille of Sète... Take the time to discover the surrounding vineyards, with their vin des sable and Pic St Loup wines!

Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (removable hob, microwave, fridge, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a square table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 140 cm sofa, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 20 euros for 2 people.
Flat-screen TV in the living room.

Cabin side: 2 bunk beds (90cm), square pillows (65x65cm), duvet, for children and teenagers.

Shower room, washbasin with drawer units, toilet.

Location: Ideally located on the north beach, with shops in the Le Samba shopping centre 300m from the residence, restaurants and the lively Seaquarium district and the north beach facing the Bay of La Grande Motte. This flat is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the promenade of the Plage Nord and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
A real favourite with lovers of peace and quiet on the green spaces side and right in the town centre on the entrance side of the Residence.

##Access: At your convenience, you can be welcomed on site, by appointment, when you arrive and when you leave! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the flat door. You can use the whole flat to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
##Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
