Located less than a mile from the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this comfy home has a shared pool, free WiFi, and everything you need for a stress-free vacation. The full kitchen is spacious and has lots of tools to help you cook up your vacation treats. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone has what they need for the trip, whether you're headed out to the beach or out to see everything Corpus Christi has to offer.

Located in Palm Bay Village, this condo is just a few blocks from the beach. There are many things for the entire family to enjoy, including a number of local restaurants and nearby shops. You’ll also find several golf and mini-golf courses within a short drive, along with numerous waterfront restaurants and tiki bars. You'll also be close to Mustang Island Park for superb fishing and hiking.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay!

This was a perfect house for us. We all had a place to sleep that was comfortable. They proximity to the beach was AMAZING! Very clean, but maybe wash the bathroom rugs, this is not a huge issue though.

Great unit

Beautiful decor. Built in are lovely. Tile in bathrooms is a nice extra. Floors are appreciated instead of concrete. Would happily return

Lack of communication

The overall stay was nice. Rooms and kitchen area were all clean and nice. Location to the beach was awesome. The only problem was I could never get anyone to come check issues I had. We had a sink with a disposal combo that was backed up. Water would not drain down sink due to a rag being tangled in disposal that was there when we got there. I submitted for help multiple times and they said they would contact me but no one ever did for the 3 days we stayed. Other than that place was nice

Nice place

The condo is nice, ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work, bedroom light in closet didn’t work, the internet kept buffering; when I called maintenance to replace light bulb or battery for ceiling fan remote, no one showed up. It was a nice place to stay even with those small hiccups. Beds were comfortable, and I really like this place is family oriented.

Do not rent if the word Vacasa is attached.

Great property with a few minor exceptions like numerous burnt out light bulbs galore. But very nice very clean very well equipped. Took a screwing from Vacasa so will never rent anything again if their name is associated in anyway. Used Vrbo for years now. Sadly this one left a bad taste in my mouth. Very bad.

Beautiful condo

The condo was clean and beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only drawback was the extensive amount in fees required to be paid which cost almost as much as the room stay. This would be the only reason keeping me from renting again.

nice and peaceful neighborhood, with a real nice swimming pool. Padre Island is a great place stay at, the location of the beach was close, which was a big bonus. The house itself was clean and very functional and just the right size for us, loved the patio area, which was private.

Perfect Vacation Spot

House was roomy with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels including beach towels. We loved the secluded deck. The pool is beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and friendly.

Beautiful Condo

This was a beautiful and cozy condo. Just as it is pictured. The only issue was that it listed a garage as one of the places to park. We got there and could not find a key and when I contacted Vacasa I was informed that the owners removed it from the amenities but it was not removed from the description. Other than that a wonderful stay.

The Condo was excellent! We did have a few unresolved issues with the digital lock code and the water pressure in the Master Bath. Customer service response to both issues was never resolved during the stay. Other then that I would book this place again. Tighten up the response to customer needs.

So cute!

I loved the decor and the attention to details! Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for 3 people. We really enjoyed the pool. It is a great location, very close to Bob Hall Pier.
